Burger King in North Somerset

Food not cooked this burger was stone cold and was raw in the middle, yet it took them 20 minutes to do this shame on you burger king.

This was simply the worse place I've eaten in for years. Grungy, dirty, dismal, awful wait even though there were hardly any customers. The food was pitiful. I will never return.

The food here has always been good . But there was no condiments which means the burger I had was a little to dry would be nice to have been told they had no condiments .

We had a eat in whopper, sat at table and it was cold,chips were luke warm. It's gone from being my first choice burger bar to no eating there again.

Food was ok but no drinks on draft and the whole restaurant is tired and needs a full refurbishment.

The food was ok but they had no drinks on draft so bottled drinks only which doesn't really bother me and the coffee machine was broken which you know it happens but the disabled toilet was disgusting it looked like it hasn't been cleaned in ages it's out dated and the rust that was in the sink was so bad... well I'm assuming it was rust and it didn't have any toilet roll init anyway just makes me think how clean their kitchen is

Tired and very old decor, could do with a make over to bring the place in line with other BK restaurants. Food was good however so no complaints on that front!

Food cold and soggy.A member of staff with assistant manager staff badge black/brown hair and glasses. Was very Rude and disrespectful thought she was better than everyone else. Would not even step into this restaurant again if they can't be bothered to train their staff in basic customer service and respect.

Great burger. Cooked fresh. Toilets open for free use.No seating inside due to covid regulations unfortunately. I had to sit on the park bench, ducking a diving the seagulls.Staff were happy chappys, enjoying what life was throwing at them. I had to ask for napkins and salt, they weren't provided automatically.

Staff struggle to cope at busy periods which creates mistakes, had to take meal back as it was incorrect and even though they added the missing burger the cheese was still absent. The other meal was good and very tasty (burger King has the best tasting fast food) The restaurant is in need of a good refit and clean as looking very tired. Very tight squeeze in seating area and people with wheelchairs or pushchairs do struggle, and when your seated you have to really squeeze in to fit.
