Lovely place to go with friends. Nice people and tasty coffee. Food is so good as well!

Venue has a nice vibe but the coffee is weak and the veggie breakfast is tight. Way too much potato, one egg, tiny portion of beans and raw beef tomato. Had to take one of two black coffees back as it was the colour of tea.

Disappointing carrot cake and avocado toast, too much vanilla in the latte. Table and cutlery were dirty. One waitress at the counter was a bit rude. Used to be better

Really nice, affordable cafe with super lovely staff and a range of gluten free options. My one issue is the music is WAY too loud during the day, especially if you're anywhere near the speakers (which it's hard not to be in a small and busy place)

Food is good enough but please, please consider sorting out your dirty and grimey bathroom. It’s been disgusting for years now and puts me off ever coming in for food unless everywhere else is closed or full. Also the terrible mould on the wall by the back patio door is a health hazard. x

Was disappointed by my experience eating at Grounded this evening. I’ve enjoyed many a brunch at all Bristol branches but as an evening venue it didn’t work for us. I ordered fish and chips which was pretty tasteless, It was served with undressed lettuce and tomatoes instead of peas (i was given peas, as per the menu, when I asked); I asked for some lemon and was given a very meagre slice ; they only had one glass of the house wine left and the menus were grubby. No-one came to check we were ok our ask how the meal was. We stopped trying to talk because we had to shout to make ourselves heard above the music and everyone else’s raised voices. I was told that ‘it’s a cafe, love’ and full, but it was barely half when we arrived, and noisy then. It took us all a while to want to take our coats off as it wasn’t that warm and I’d been advised when I came in to book that ours was the warmest table. My mum did say her lasagna was good! But overall it felt lacking for me, and I expect to be able to say when something isn’t right without feeling that people have taken offence.

Totally excellent. We were booked in at a local pub and restaurant but got let down when we arrived for to staff sickness. Rang Grounded and they were able to cater for a party of 7 with no warning and the food was ace, with friendly service. Ace👌🏾

Stopped after a recommendation, great service happy customers and staff. Prices meals from £10 drinks from free (water) varied selection on the menu but the stonebaked pizzas we had were great!
