Catherine's Inn in North Somerset

Started out as I bit of a mess (dirty cutlery) but it ended up being a great night. Double 12oz steak for me... Yum yum yum

Sitting here eating our second breakfast this week. What can we say? First and foremost, Julie our host is superb. On both occasions Julie provided my wife with a decaf teabag as "Green King" only do decaf coffee but not decaf Tea. Julie didn't need to do this and so 5* for that. During both or visits she was attentive and pleasant. Then the breakfast - that's another 5* - I had a large breakfast and large cappuccino and my wife full English burrito with the decaf tea. Both were well cooked and good quality. The coffee for an automatic machine was good enough to want a second. If we could give 5* for the price we would!! For under £15 including my 2 large Cappucino's, we were both full and satisfied. We rarely do reviews, only on exceptionally good or really bad places. This certainly comes in the former. A special thanks to Julie for her attentive service and going above and beyond what was on the drinks list and to the breakfast chef.

I went to the Catherine’s Inn out in Bleadon and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. I had the pleasure of Jack H serving me and his customer service was exemplary. His detail to attention and ability to recommend certain items on the menu were amazing and nothing seemed to be too much trouble! Julie behind the bar was efficient and had a smile to brighten up anyones day! The overall standard and delivery of customer service and the food are outstanding and the team should all be very proud of themselves for upholding a very high standard across the board. Will definitely be dining here again very soon!

Food was absolutely wonderful. Had to take a doggy bag home. Lovely atmosphere staff fantastic and Julie ,who is manager couldn't have been better . We always receive a warm welcome, even when they are really busy. The food is great value and the staff are super helpful. Today we were served by Charlotte, who was as friendly and efficient as ever. We honestly wouldn't keep coming back if it wasn't such a positive experience, as well as being amazing value. Thank you.

My Wife and I always pop in for a morning breakfast or a afternoon meal.We really can't fault it, all the meals are really enjoyable. My favourite is the morning breakfast you don't have to wait very long for it to arrive. There' car park is quite big so you always get a spot to park.Staff are really helpful, friendly and polite, all in all a great place to eat

We stopped here unexpectedly and we’re very impressed with the quality of the food ..especially considering the price! The staff were extremely helpful and polite. It was very quiet when we arrived so I think we timed it right! Large pub with pretty much what you would expect in the way of TV - slot machines and various activities for youngsters. Lots of “drinks” offers such as two for the price of one and gin of the week!..there was a decking area outside with a small children’s play area. The car park however was up a very steep slope and the car was at quite a sideways angle when in the parking bay! We noticed a large holiday caravan park opposite so potentially the pub could get busy during the holiday season. Full disability access throughout and disabled parking bays. Very clean inside including the all access toilets. Worth a visit for a value meal. Very close to a busy road and not dog friendly

Staff were friendly and informative. Our food arrived promptly and was thoroughly enjoyable. All reasonably priced.Facilities were clean,tidy and warm . Would definitely return in the future .

Great food and great value for money! Staff are polite and helpful! We used the app to order and pay for our meal which is easy and quick to use!

Manager was rude. Rest of the staff very friendly.When asked for another onion bhaji for my son as it was fatty and almost black and smelt like cooked in old oil. The response "well they are deep fried" followed by we'll cook you another..One persons chicken burger was nice, whilst anothers hard and dry. Rare steak well done (only bonus the dog enjoys her new chew toy!)No table check, went up to ask manager for butter. No comment just went and got some and handed them to me.. I could carry on. Maybe she was just having a bad day but enough for none of us to go back for some time...
