Only seem to sell 3 brands of mobile phones - would like to see more variety. Staff are really helpful & surprisingly most have a sense of humour, yay!Considering the trade-in price for dvds I feel that perhaps they could charge a tad less or have some offers running? Maybe give more than a Diddy penny for films handed in.

They buy and sell a wide range of reconditioned CDs, DVDs, and computer games.Also used and guaranteed mobile phones, memory cards, consoles and accessories, tablets laptops, and memory boards.Staff are helpful and knowledgeable.The store has disabled access, and is on ground level.

This shop has a myriad of interesting things to look at managed to get the leaves I needed without feeling as if I was a old age pensioner and didn't know the Tech they made me feel very comfortable and they were very patient

Delicious coffee,lovely tim bits,but the individual doughnuts @ £2.19 each a tad expensive

The W-s-M store is acceptable the staff is amazing , helpful and fun , too bad they do not have more products , but the online store is more than full.

Lots of second hand computer games and electronics. Prices are a little high on some items, but if look around you can find bargains.

Lots of 2nd hand stuff, ie phones, game consols, dvd's, games etc, reasonably priced as well.

This is a nice sized CEX. There is a cafe upstairs with lots of really well laid out retro tables, retro gaming and amazing displays.The woman who was working upstairs was very rude though, which put me off going back to use the cafe.The staff downstairs seemed friendly enough.If you pick up anything from upstairs, you have to purchase it upstairs, and anything you get from downstairs, needs to be paid for downstairs.I gave 3 stars just because of the layout upstairs and the friendly staff downstairs, otherwise, I would have only given 2 stars. Will definitely avoid the upstairs in future!
