Staff are always very helpful and very friendly . There are a range of hot and cold drinks . And a lovely selection of food and cakes to choose from

We always love popping in here for a drink. The staff are really friendly and the coffee shop is dog friendly which is nice. The drinks are fantastic and made with care. They’re very accessible and there is plenty of space for my wheelchair to move around.

I love it here. Staff are so friendly and they do a great service. Some staff even know your order before you order it. Nice atmosphere.Be great when the tables are back outside.

Absolutely fantastic service. Staff were excellent, polite, friendly and professional. Had a toasted tea cake and a latte. Prompt and efficient. Tea cake is massive which is why I go to Coffee#1

First time visiting since before lockdown and was impressed with the changed that had been made to ensure the safety of it's customers. One way system, hand sanitiser on hand, and the toilets cleaned frequently.Only thing that let it down was when we saw staff explain to a customer he had to put his details into one of two track and trace apps, as we also had been asked to do and happily did, for him to just completely ignore and then sit down at a table with his order, no questions asked. Not very fair on everyone else who would like to be informed should someone test positive :/Coffee and cake delicious as always, but there needs to be some consistency with the track and trace guidelines.

Wow I absolutely love the coffee here and when walking around Weston-super-Mare and I walk past here I had to grab a coffee, had my usual caramel machaitto and after my walking around the beach this was absolutely perfect, coffee was delicious as usual and had to go back in for chocolate brownie, I will always be back here

The two filter coffee I had we're excellent. Full of flavour. The toasted teacake less so - it was huge, but what it made up for in size it lacked in quality. And this was the same for my almond croissant.To be fair my wife's toast was good.I don't want to complain too much. We badly wanted a decent breakfast and this was okay. The service was brilliant - friendly and helpful. I'd go again.
