Costa Coffee @Flowerdown in North Somerset

Friendly staff, great range of food + M&S Food...👍

It's a Costa, the coffee is the standard expected but the staff are what makes the difference, these seemed friendly and happy. Table clearing was a bit slow but that depends on how busy the store is at all of them I suppose.

We love Costa it's our most coffee house we go too great service and a nice variety of goodies to have

It gets quite busy on Sundays, but they do serve you nice cup of flat white, not like some other Costas I have been to. Good service and overall clean, tidy cofee shop.

I love Costa, but everytime I come to this one I'm queuing for 10 minutes.I went on Friday and after waiting 15 minutes with a big que, and 4 people behind the till we were then told the tills had gone down and we wouldn't be able to be served. I get these things happen but with 4 people working they could have atleast spoken to us and explained, rather than all of us getting annoyed.

You know what you will get when you will get when you visit Costa - high quality coffee and cake. But it's expensive (hence the nickname Costa lot) and the cafe though clean is far from sumptuous. The staff were friendly helpful and efficient

Being more of a 'small, independent' coffee shop kinda gal, this may be the reason for my measly two star review... maybe this is the norm for Costa and I've just been spoilt?But anyway, I didn't realise it was possible to get a Chai Latte SO wrong?? I can't really put my finger on it, but it just tasted... well... nothing like a Chai is supposed to taste.It was like a great big mug of overly sweet, overly spiced milk. 'Synthetic' would be a good choice of word to describe it!Had it not been for the huge queue at the counter (note: it's probably a good idea to have more than a couple of staff behind the counter at midday on a Saturday) then I would have taken it back.Disappointed by the choice of biscuits/cakes also, but again this could be completely normal for a chain coffee shop?The two stars are for the happy chap that served us.

On ordering our drinks, were told there were only a couple of minutes left. As I was with my friend who I don't see often, I was a little upset. But never the less. We were happy to sit in the car. Until I found what I can only describe as a piece of dirty cloth. . Would of taken it back if they had still been open but they had closed by then.

Airy and spacious with friendly service and you know what to expect. I had latte but declined the +30p offer of premium blend - unlikely I'd detect the difference in a milky coffee.

Nice atmosphere in this Costa. Not a lot of seating though, so makes it hard if it is busy and you are a wheelchair user or buggy user and need more space.Staff were friendly enough, although one was very blunt when I asked a question about the meal deal.Food and drinks were perfect, as per usual.
