Curry Massala in North Somerset

Put a huge pre order in on a Saturday morning for 8pm delivery for a friends hen do. Food showed up at 6pm. My friends partner tried to turn the food away but the delivery driver didn’t speak English and he ended up taking the order in even though we weren’t home. When we did get home (45mins later) we were missing naan bread on the order and one curry was incorrect. Tried to call for an hour but always engaged. Called a couple of days later as they were closed the next day and they didn’t care at all that they had messed up the order. After a lot of arguing I managed to get a refund for the naan but they refused to apologise for the food being early and disagreed that the other curry was wrong so wouldn’t refund. The man I spoke to was really rude. Had a massive go at me for not called same day!! Really disappointing as I’ve eaten in and it was nice, but will not be going back.

Not a good evening. Drinks wrong waited over an hour for food. Normally my meal is a mild one but tonight I dont know why but my meal was extremely hot. Spoilt the evening 😒😒😒

Went on a Wednesday when it was £10.95 for a starter, curry, naan and rice and not only was it lovely but extremely goid value for money

Omg fantastic food went on a Wednesday evening and had their 3 courses for 10.95. There was plenty of food big servings had to take some home. The Staff were very helpful explaining which curries would be best for our taste. Gets very busy during school holidays best to book in advance,there takeaway is equally delicious

Very busy but with quality you always got to wait for the best. Food was bloody lovely. Would and do go there often. Highly recommended

Excellent value and service, our 2nd visit in a week. If you haven't visited its definitely a visit.

Ordered via app, bit disappointed this time as when we've sat in has been very good. Had takeaway and at least 2 of the meals were lukewarm, maybe reheated chicken starter. We live less than a mile away and drive so couldn't have cooled down in that time. Normally very very good, will update review hopefully next time back to 5 stars

Beautiful food I must say an a must go excellnt staff always there to help when ever an never had a problem for waiting to eat in an take away..enjoy 😁

First visit while on holiday here with family.Easy to find, parking at rear of Restaurant.Atmosphere was lovely.Very good menu, lots of choice.The service and food were excellent from starters to mains and drinks.
