Delhi Flavour in North Somerset

My partner and I ate in here and the food was perfectly good but the experience was spoiled somewhat by the bill, which charged for each of the poppadom dips separately on top of the poppadoms, bringing the cost of two poppadoms to nearly five pounds. I didn't object at the time because my partner hates conflicts in restaurants but I unusually refused to leave a tip, because I thought they had already extracted their extra. I don't know why you would annoy your diners with this sort of excessive charging.

I moved to Bristol earlier this year from Liverpool, where the takeaways are great and you get very good portions for your money. I have noticed the Bristol takeaways don't give such good portions, but Delhi Flavour's portions are particularly small. In fact, I would say that I was given a half portion of Dahl. The container was barely half full. So I won't be going here again. I'll stick to Jeevans in future, which is excellent.

First time I have used this place. Had lamb ticka which was very moist with no grisly bits easy to cut just fell apart. Daysack chicken curry the chicken very soft, and moist also easy to cut, and the curry was out of this world. The nan was very moist and hot when delivered, and not burnt to a crisp like some. In a nut shell I won't be going anywhere else for a Indian meal. The Best .

Usually not bad but today was the worst 20.00 spent ever. Not sure what issues they are having but really cold and sub standard food is not acceptable. First curry since before lock down totally disappointed, come on guys you can do so much better.

Just moved to Redfield and was looking for a new curry restaurant to be our local, was so happy we found Delhi Flavour. Excellent value for money, and so tasty! Will definitely be ordering again.

After a busy day last Sunday we fancied a curry so thought to try Delhi Flavour as I’m new to the area and like to use local restaurants where they’re worth it. Delhi Flavour is well worth a visit. The room was quiet. I guess that’s normal for a Sunday evening. The staff are friendly and efficient. The food was excellent. My partner would recommend the lamb madras as he eagerly scoffed the lot. He likes his curries hot and he said the lamb madras was certainly hot. I devoured the chicken shashlik which was lovely. I love the fact that we could take our own drinks. It makes a great evening a little less costly. Although the prices at Delhi Flavour are excellent. We will certainly return to this place as often as we can. A great curry house within walking distance, lucky us!

Best curry in Bristol. Visited last night and food was delicious and service was super speedy. Place was spotless and front of house waitress provided the best service, polite, punctual and a lovely warm welcome. Staff really made it and amazing food was cherry on top. Making this my local!
