Domino's Pizza in North Somerset

the pizza was nice and delivery was quick, but the issue I had was the garlic bread, it was 90% bread with a small bit of garlic in the middle, kids threw it in the bin before I could take a picture of it, shame as it let the whole movie night down.

Ordered the chicken mix boxes came with no dips cold shocking tried phoning no one answers just shoved in a box delivery bad and rude

Not the first time to get an order wrong or a delivery taking longer then first told.Simple order of two pizza and they get it wrong.Called and asked it to be rectified. The response “ there is nothing we can do” great !!Last time ordering

Sent my pizza without cheese. Called up and the jokers sent a replacement but half the size of the original.

The tracking system said our order was delivered long before it arrived. When it finally arrived it was missing items and when we informed the driver he just walked away. When I called the restaurant to ask for missing items they said it would be at least 20 minutes until someone would be able to deliver. When they finally arrived the ice-cream was literally liquid.. Never use this place worst service and very expressive for rubbish service and food.

Very bad experience. Absolutely awful. I used to order at least 2 times a month and they were pretty good. But the last order. It took 2 hours and nothing. Tried to call 4 times, nobody answered. Finally went to the bakery and said in 15 mins they will be ready. And half an hour later (after the initial 2 hours) still nothing. I am not blaming the working staff, as poor people (a gent that was taking orders and a lady I think named Molly) were working on 4 hands. Poor people were clearly drowning there with no support from management (get them more people to help) I will clearly 💯percent not order from them again and make sure to recommend my friends to avoid Domino’s until they get new management and return to the service they used to provide a couple of months ago. And get the working staff more support, as the poor staff on the floor were continuously apologetic. Very very bad experience. Change the management.

We've ordered home delivery four or five times from here and it has always arrived quickly, it's been hot and the chicken strippers are awesome. We've never had an issue, always getting the right food and getting it quickly. I don't like how the deals work but that's not the Clevedon branch's fault.

(03/06/21) Checked the opening times of the Clevedon store before going in (store closes at 11pm). Went into store just before 10.30pm to order. As the person was on the phone I waited few mins, upon the person finishing the phone call, I was told its 10.30pm and I cannot place an order.No point arguing with the person on the counter as when he was on the phone, he kept palming the customer on the phone to come in following day to see a manager, as he cannot do refunds. (Not sure of their refund policy!)If last orders are at 30mins before closing, Domino's should put this on their website, saving me a trip and wasting my time.

Constantly takes double the amount of time they say, which is over 1hr most evenings and when it arrives the pizza is usually lukewarm and goes cold after a slice or two.Pizza quality is mediocre, too much sauce not enough cheese.Last time I ordered they forget my drink and had to go back for it.

I would give 0 if I could! Appalling service. We asked them to phone us when they arrived at Warrens Holiday Village reception. 45 minuets went by so we phoned to chase the order as it said on the app that it had been delivered. No sign of the pizzas. They said that the delivery driver had no phone. We later found out that the delivery driver left the pizzas on the floor outside reception. Reception was closed. Somebody took the pizzas into the bar which were freezing cold. The bloke on the phone was incredibly rude and had no customer service skills what so ever. Avoid!!!
