Amazing food as ever, not greasy in the slightest and great flavours. Customer service was excellent by everyone

Not for me this one. Food was not great . Pretty bland. Service was good and a nice place to be.

We booked a table here for two, however on arrival we could not enter the restaurant due to there being two sets of stairs. My wife is disabled and cannot do stairs, there is NO DISABLED access to the dining area. These doors are only opened in the summer months we were then told, so if you are not able to do stairs do not bother visiting restaurant, we asked a member of staff on the phone from outside the restaurant, if there was access, he said no, not until the summer. The alleyway access is also the smoking area, so if you do manage the stairs, you will need to walk through a stinky alleyway / stairwell / lobby to access the restaurant. We shall not be returning here, it did us a favour in the end, as we found a brilliant restaurant in Weston, with access and friendly staff. Obviously you can visit here and take your chances, the choice is yours. BUT IT'S 2022 AND THERE IS NO DISABLED ACCESS AND THEY DO NOT CARE. If it was possible to give no stars, we would of. My wife obviously complained to the restaurant, and they emailed her back saying "all of the issues with access are explained on our website" well guess what? They are not, so, be warned.

Very good Chinese food. We had a large gathering and the service was excellent.

I went here years ago and remember it being amazing. The food this time was very substandard in my opinion. Very cheap and rubbery meat used, everything game in a 'gloopy' sauce with far too much fish sauce in. Prawn dishes on the whole were good, especially those in batter. Was left disappointed on this occasion. 26/01/2022

Fabulous Fabulous evening really good service from Leus and the rest of the staff. When we ordered the banana fritters for dessert and couldn't decide between the liquor sauce or honey Leus suggested bringing both, great idea, absolutely delicious.Thaank you all for the fantastic food and lovely service you made our night one to remember...😊

All so nice to go to this restaurant we love it. . Staff very nice and friendly helpful and the food is fantastic. It's always nice and busy. That's show how good it really is. We don't eat Chinese food anywhere else so alway special.

Disappointed, plates cold, no heating plates so when food was served, cooled down really quickly. Large table arrived after us but food orders taken before ours and we waited 30 mins before our order was taken. However young staff were brilliant so that's why I have given two stars

Very attentive service. I'm not a great fan of Chinese food but can say that the starters we had were all really good. I was disappointed by my choice of king prawn in garlic wine as a main course which. I have to also say that it was quite expensive at nearly £170 for 4 including drinks, but I appreciate costs are currently out of control.

It's quite a few years since we had a meal at Junior Poons so we were really looking forward to it and took some friends. I have to say it was a bit disappointing and not as good as we remembered it. Service and the welcome could not be faulted but we were on the bottom floor and it looked a bit tired and it was cold when anyone opened the door to go in or out. Most of the food was really nice but it is really pricey and the food no better than our local Chinese, which is a lot cheaper. We had set menu D and thats £35, which is a lot for a chinese meal. The Emperor’s Parcel was pretty tasteless and I would not recommend that ( Chicken etc in an iceberg lettuce wrap ). Rest of the meal was nice but certainly not worth £35. The wine bar downstairs is really nice. I will stick to our local restaurant from now on as the food is just as good and its much better value for money.
