Kaspa’s Desserts in North Somerset

Booked a table for 12 in advance for sons birthday treat, shown to table by moody young girl then left, not told to order at counter so silly me presumed a waitress would take our order, 20 mins later realised my mistake, once the food was ordered took over 45 mins to arrive kids had to eat up really quickly as parents were coming to pick them up by then, kids seem to like the food, I on the other had feel the place is run by a bunch of kids that have no organisation skills and couldn't give a dam either way.

Went in last week during school holidays with my nephews, they were both incredibly excited. The staff humoured them as they repeatedly shouted their orders 🤭I then amended the order THREE times, which is unbelievable, and the servers had no problems putting it right every time.Thanks guys, had a great time, and they even gave us a little takeaway cup for the milkshake ❤️

I have never complained, commented or reviewed somewhere that has been negative. Given my atrocious experience this evening I just had to. We ordered our deserts and watched others who had just arrived get there’s first. After a 30 minute wait, I decided I had, had enough. I wanted to grab a refund and leave. However, the pushy manager on shift decided that it would be better for me to have it as a takeaway and leave, after a further 10 minutes we were leaving. Feeling angry and frustrated. I come from a catering background and can understand busy times. But all it would have taken was a bit of communication and common sense to put us at ease. I shall not be visiting or ordering from here again. Not down to waiting time alone but by being pushed into having a takeaway order instead of a refund.

Amazing food, my favourite thing on the menu is the waffle with fresh cut strawberry’s, crushed digestive biscuits, and white chocolate sauce!!It’s the best waffle I’ve ever had. I also like there slush drinks with popping bobas.Edit: I went there again today because it was my birthday 2 days ago. It was good however the didn’t seem to have any white chocolate sauce! It’s still amazing there tho :)

Vast menu of deserts. We had waffles and sundaes and they were all delicious. Busy place so waited nearly half an hour for the food but it was definitely worth the wait. We'll be returning to sample more from the menu.

Busy restaurant in the centre of Weston Super Mare. Desserts and drinks only with a large range of waffles and ice creams on offer. When we went we had a long wait for our food 50 + minutes …which surprised us as the restaurant was only half full. You are shown to a table but go up to the bar to order your food then waitress brings it over…it’s rather challenging ordering food as there is one queue for takeout and eating in and the process was quite slow.Ice cream or Gelato was delicious and my husbands waffle appeared yummy!..Toilets need cleaning they were really quite unpleasant. Restaurant area could do with more cleaning especially the floorStaff appeared rather “stressed” and lacked some communication skills….That said we enjoyed it all - except for the wait!

Great place for a refreshing ice cream just off the main road after being on the pier and the beach.

This place is amazing! I love the waffles! The milkshakes are also amazing and tastes amazing! The have good music playing and the staff are very kind and helpful. The service was quick and my mother really likes the coffees.

They messed up part of our order and apologised by giving us an entire replacement in a to go bag! As my husband had already eaten half and didn't want to wait. Fab service, very friendly. Xoxox

Had celebratory dessert with my brother and his girlfriend. Food was fantastic (as always) however service was a little slow. The food certainly makes up for that. I would say best place to get dessert in Weston.
