KFC in North Somerset

Absolute joke. Been here on 2 separate occasions and both times NO CHICKEN! No worries, you can fight over the scraps that are left. COVID cannot still be blamed for everything. Especially closing at 8pm with queues of people trying to order.

Chicken was tasty, didn't have to wait too long and clean tables was good for service station

Absolutely disgraceful....1. Only one machine was working staff didn't know how to reset?2. If you're wanting fast food don't go here !3. Rude staff4. URGENT customer service training is required5. Order was incorrect - where to start with this one!6. Pepsi Flat7. Waited 20 mins apparently part of order required cooking however it was then cold?????,8. Both meals were cold9. Where has the KFC secret recipe gone? Flavourless food similar to a cardboard box!

I have to stop off here atleast once a month, always the same huge queues, barely any machines working and food takes up to half an hour to come out. Not worth it very frustrating as services you'd expect quick service!!!

Slow service, 30 minute wait, and cold food when it did finally arrive. Useless, we won’t be coming back ever, just drive onto the next services.

Waited over 15 minutes for two small meals. No warning and staff did not keep updated. Beans were over-microwaved (they had a skin on them!). No wipes/napkins or fork provided.

After a gruelling 8 hours on the road stopped off for a quick refill.. Only 2 machines working with queues, the other machines didn't have out of order signs so after having to touch several machines went to the counter. Cash only. Staff didn't seem to know which machined did work... Hoping to pay by card went back to the car got cash. Food arrived quickly but was then cold. Was a bit of a shambles!

4 out of 6 self ordering machines were on but not working, reported to staff to be told “yeah we know” a sign taped onto the screen saying “out of order” would be helpful as almost every customer was hitting the unresponsive screens without knowing they’re broken!Strange queuing system ment people (including myself) were unknowingly jumping the queue as it looks like people are queuing for Burger King and not kfc! Lots of grumpy looking people that are too far away (or too British) to tell people the queues over here!!Food hot and tasty, restaurant spotlessly clean with plenty of seating available.

Disgusted that on a Bank Holiday, having stopped after 3 hours of driving, that they closed at 8:30pm! Really???? We had no option but to use Burger King and, after a very long wait, got cold food and syrup less fizzy! Setting areas were closed and no explanation given, just we are closing now.

29/06/2021Firstly....3 / 4 touch screen order machines were not working as there was a connection fault to the printer..... took a very long time for orders to be ready especially considering they were receiving 1 at a time.........I ordered BBQ chicken bites and got Stone cold Chilli bites...... Are the staff unable to read...The chicken was also cold and my main piece of chicken had hardly any meat on it..... photo attached.I will say I have eaten here before and it was loads better than today order.....
