KFC in North Somerset

The food gets an average score for taste and flavour, portion sizes have definitely become smaller and it was a case of hunt the mayonnaise in the Fillet Burger.The male member of staff that served us was very friendly, helpful and polite and would have scored 5 stars himself.(We did notice that the uniform being worn by a member of staff looked noticibly grubby though).

Should have driven away not taken the drive through! From the order to immediate drive to next window a female had my order in her hands, thought that was quick. With no engagement she took payment, shoved bag out and slammed window shut, had to get her attention for serviette. Cold dry pathetic chicken and some bones in the bag... She clearly knew no serviettes were needed, placed straight in overflowing bin. Disgrace.

Super long wait, my meal was made not to their usual standard, no proper apologies was made to remedy the situation. They had a period of time where they were fantastic, and now they are back on their bad old habits.

Typical KFC, got the food 1st time and the chicken was cold and bread soggy, took it back ant got a replacement after 20 mins got another lot of food and chicken was cold again lettuce was brown and bread soggy, I honestly wouldn't feed this to my dog, this is such a shame I had to leave this review as sure you can see from my other reviews I'm very easily impressed.STAFF WERE SO RUDE WHEN WE COMPLAINED.Honestly this place is dirty and food was shockingly bad, I always wonder why its always empty but now I know why, the 2.7 average rating speaks for its self.DO NOT VISIT

I thought taking my kids to KFC would make the world feel “normal” after Covid. Sadly I chose to do this at Frome which was a bit like a post apocalypse set. Order Kiosk didn’t print. Tables were dirty. Litter on the floor. Staff not wearing masks. Order took 10 mins but the screen said it was ready after 5 so we hung around at the counter while 2 arguments broke out behind the scenes at quite a volume. Used the loo but one urinal was not working and had been closed off with stickers and paper towels. All told it was grubby and substandard. I think I’ll give this one a miss in future

My partner and I came here for the first time in months.What we got was disappointing the drink we ordered thay didn't have the food we got was not up to much the gravey was cold we to it back in to change it thay cave us more cold gravey.We both nearly fell over as we walked in as the floor was that greasy and not been cleaned bye the look of it.If I was to score out of ten I'd give it -2/4

Last time we had 4 pieces of chicken with fries and a cold drink for £4.95. This time down to 2 chicken for £4.49!! At least this time 2 hot drinks were available, but no milk ?? We had a black tea and a black coffee, which we would never have, but we needed a hot drink on a cold day. There was a very limited menu. What's happened? The food was good, but the floor and chairs were dirty. No soap in the gent's toilet and no toilet paper in either of the ladies was disgusting. It says tell the staff, but with only one young girl in sight, who was serving several people, we just left, very disappointed.

Awful. Hardly any staff. One person at the front. Self service machine not printing receipts. Some people were waiting half an hour for their order. Some orders were half started then the server kept disappearing and leaving the food out. I waited 20 minutes then found out my order was given to someone else! Asked for a refund which I got. Won't be returning.Would have given no stars, but this review app won't let you.

Had to come here as Mcdonalds closed for some reason. Dirty uncleaned tables, had to wait ages too. No soap or toilet paper in toilets (both male and female) and split drink all over floor which is trip hazard and overflowing bins. And food was thrown in bag, gravy pot half empty all over bag. Place should be shut down.

Place was a tip. No tables cleaned. And when asked Darcey then cleaned 5 tables with the same small bit of tissue. The portions were really small. There is still as I write this food and rubbish on the floor. Also no soap or toilet paper in the WC. How is this place still open. Hygiene non existent.
