Mcdonald's Restaurants in North Somerset

The dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been in. Tables littered with leftover food, food all over the floor, sauce caked on to dispensers, no napkins and generally a disgrace

It is a Macdonald in service station, don't expect much. In dire need of cleaning staff. Otherwise doing their best.

Very busy, but well organised n food ready in a timely manner.

Absolutely dreadful there was no chicken McNuggets or crispy chicken wraps how can can macdonals run out of their staple food. To add the service was slow and the ordering machine we used was broken. Do NOT recommend.

Possibly the slowest McDonald's (for breakfast) on earth. 30 mins for sausage and egg mcmuffin meals.No paper in several of the self service kiosks, so people queuing twice, once to order and again to get a receipt / order number.

. It is what it is. Mac Donald’s. Same pretty much wherever you go. The staff at this branch seemed friendly and attentive. Service was fast for the food we ordered. Clean facilities and constantly staff cleaning around and offering help too. Pretty standard for this food chain!

They got our order wrong I ordered a Big Mac Meal and they gave me a McChicken Sandwich, which was very disappointing as we had already driven away! Then we had also got a tea which they didn’t put and milk in for us?! We asked for some extra milk and they was nothing extra as they hadn’t put any in, in the first place! Now moving on to my Coca Cola, they didn’t even put a straw in the bag!!!!!! There was also a load of people leaning over the counter so we weren’t able to collect our food without pushing past and the staff did nothing about this! I wouldn’t even give them 1 star and I certainly will NOT be coming back here again so it is their own FAULT that they have lost a customer!

Unorganized staff. They don't make proper use of the numbering system... Even after asking for my order number...

Nice, clean area. It is a Shane the service was so bad. My initial order was left on the server whilst they got me my Apple pie do it was cold when I finally got it. The reason for the delay was not apparent until I challenged them over my order 20 minutes after the order was placed. I got them to remake my entire order.
