Motorway services in North Somerset

I stopped for a toilet break and to stretch my legs, so I didn't visit the shops, cafe, or petrol station. The toilets are tidy enough, and an attendant was there cleaning them regularly.

Sat here now and yes it's abit dated but the staff have all been lovely! Subway was quick service and very helpful staff! Starbucks again were really lovely and happily answered my question ☺️ great pit stop! Could do with kids park.

Barely adequate services. I thought they had run out of fuel as the petrol station was deserted (4pm on a Saturday) until I noticed the pump prices 169.9 for petrol! Motorway robbery.

Starbucks, subway, clean toilets, shop all fine. Easy parking on a quiet Saturday afternoon, easy access from motorway (no awkward tight corners nor high kerbs) Didn't need fuel nor EV charging.

Very dirty and unkept, toilets werent very clean and seating area for restaurant absolute disgrace with dirty floors, food left on tables and waste all over floors-not pleasant.

Amazingly one of the ecotricity chargers actually worked, so we were able to stop for a while. The services is well equipped, but tiny - not much space to spread out - did not feel very covid friendly for those of us CEV people who need to keep our distance.

Services themselves are fine. But we have an electric car. The Ecotricity Electric Highway pumps - the only ones provided here - and elsewhere - are TRULY AWFUL! Very difficult to use, fail every time at first attempt. And now, what has happened before, unable to unplug car!! Instructions say Use App - NOTHING on app to enable this. Phoned number on charger, and more than ELEVEN minutes later are STILL waiting for an answer!! Ecotricity are HOPELESS! If you have an electric car, go to another services!

I would have to describe this as adequate. You can have a comfort break get a drink and a bad meal. M5 services to Devon need an overhaul Exeter the best one.

Feels run down and neglected. Choice is very limited compared to the south bound side. In need of some investment to enlarge the truck park and the maim building to give more choice and a much needed welcoming feel

Bathrooms very clean even though busy. Stopped for a burger king which was extortionate but mind of expect it at services.....did find random piece of snow in carpark...but none any where else....did someone bring a snowball down from Scotland and accidentally drop it 😂🤣
