Nook and Harbour in North Somerset

Stayed over night in this apartment ,would definitely stay again ,very clean & central to everything

Flat OK but building a bit shabby and noisy. It served the purpose for our one night stay.

Doesn't look great from the outside BUT don't judge it on that. On site parking is spot on for all residents and the rooms are lovely with loads of room, kettle, fridge, microwave and TV. Very clean and homely.

Couple of nights away stayed in apartment number 3 well equipped, amazing sea view nice big beds, we even stayed an extra night. Bee the manager was lovely Will definitely stop here again

We booked whilst in western as we wasn’t sure wether to stay the night. We stayed in room 5, it was ok. The best word to describe it was scruffy but defo did us for 1 night even though the bed was very uncomfortable. It was just someone for us to lay our heads. The manageress was lovely though. Wouldn’t stay again but it was worth the little money that we paid considering everything else was £130 + and we paid £75.

We arrived on the 20th july the apartment was lovely sea view ground floor lovely and clean comfortable beds bee was a lovely host got on with her really well treat her with respect she do the same to you . The other Scottish lady was lovely very friendly try pizzas next door at restaurant there lush all round good four day break would highly recommend see you soon bee xxxxJean mark rob ben Paul craig and the doggies

Booked to stay at these apartments for the fireworks display, money taken from account and confirmation received. Travelled over 60 miles, to get there for a very rude lady to greet us from her car. When stated that we had a room booked for the night, very rude replies received to find that our booking had been cancelled by the property. When looking, it had only come through minutes before our arrival. This lady didn't want to talk to us, just went in to try and shut the door on us. Would not recommend. Now travelling back home as everywhere else is fully booked for the event. Thanks Bee.

Clean with nice big sea view windows, no complaints at all; 2 TVs, WiFi, ensuite good quality shower, loo, kitchen, mini breakfast table, sofa, fresh bed /towels/ tea coffee milk sugar, everything you would expect :) oh, also had trouser press & iron, tea towel/dishcloth/washing up liquid. Located on the end of a lively parade of bars and restaurants on the sea front. Comfy bed, great night's sleep. All good.

Lovely place to stay. Very clean spacious apartments. Friendly welcome from the manager Bee. Would highly recommend for families

Absolutely horrible experience!!! The manager Bee was extremely rude , she was really uncomfortable to be around. The hotel was really worn out as the dovey covers were ripped , the drawers were falling apart , the kettle was in a really bad state and had a great amount of Lime scale in it. The floors were dirty and the toilet exploded all over my mother and the bathroom!!! When we informed bee about this incident she was very rude and unhelpful. She asked us whether or not we wanted to stay or leave '' so you staying or packing''. we decided to leave as we did not want to experience that again as it was absolutely vile! Bee's tone of voice was very abrupt and she was extremely unpleasant to be around. Her attitude stunk! & she did not care about our experiance at their hotel as she was not willing to make amends or compensate for that incident. She refunded our money for the two remaining nights , she ruined our day however we were lucky enough to find another hotel which were welcoming and extremely pleasant to be around. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!! There are better hotels around the same place as this. This hotel is not worth your money time or effort.
