Number Five The Beach in North Somerset

I can't imagine this place needs another 5 star review! The food is fantastic, great vegetarian options, friendly efficient service, great atmosphere. Wise to book if want to be sure of a lovely lunch after an invigorating walk along the coast path.

My partner and I ordered the smoked haddock and salmon fishcakes with tartar sauce, leaves and lemon and I have to say it was one of the nicest meals I've ever had, the food was fresh, delicious, and the atmosphere was brilliant too, not too mention the location being metres from the seafront! absolutely delightful, 10/10 will be back for more!

A great place for breakfast, brunch or just a quick coffee and cake. Lovely, attentive staff and a nice chatty, busy ambience. Fab views of the Bristol channel (just factor in that it's never going to look like the coast of Mauritius) and the gorgeous, restored Clevedon pier. The carrot cake was a work of art and tasted delicious!

I always get my coffee from Five The Beach ... and love to sit outside or walk acros to the little pebble beach opposite. The staff are always so friendly and the service is faultless. I had a super roast, a couple of Sundays ago ... top quality produce and the most amazing Sunday lunch. Cooked beautifully!!! Also, lunch with a friend, another time, and we both had the fish dish! Wow ... so fresh and scrummy!!!! We had to take a photo. I forget to give a review ... because I just take it for granted that they are there ... but you should never do that. A BIG thank you to Five the Beach and the Team as we are so lucky, in Clevedon, to have you on the front ... Thank you :-)

Lovely cuppa and catch up with a friend. Swift service, delicious breakfast baguette and the most delightful tea cosy on the teapot! Cakes looked delicious too...next time 😉

Wow, such a great find! The food here was all we hoped for during a busy lunch. Fresh ingredients, beautifully cooked and great taste. We can thoroughly recommend the ricotta rice balls in tomato sauce as well as the quiche with salads.

Lovely coffee and cakes in a prime location on the sea front. I notice a lot of reviews talk about it being pricey. Well, it is. But the price is a reflection of the high quality of the food and drink. The staff are also very good. A nice treat for after your walk or to catch up with people. It is small inside so booking is recommended. They do have a nice outside area too. Can’t comment on the hot food as only ever have cake or coffee. Recommended.

Lived in Clevedon for 6 weeks and have been here 6 times! Absolutely love the food here. Service is great too. Only downside is the toilets. I spent most of my visit in a queue for the 1 toilets they have. Also there was a sign saying please do not queue for the toilet.

Really nice place for drinks and food. Great atmosphere, with the staff very pleasant and helpful. Quirkie gents and ladies toilet signs. Coffee first rate.

Always enjoy a visit to Five, lovely place to sit on a sunny day with views across to the Welsh coast. Nice to see a brunch menu with some different options on including feta flatbread, breakfast wraps and muffins. Our food and coffee wasnt quite as warm as I'd have liked, but tasty as ever.
