The 2 Asian guys gave me brilliant service saved my cat from getting ran over was very kind and all the staff are very friendly clean food I suggest to order from here weather it’s from burr eats or not

Garlic Bread was cold there were very little toppings on pizza the pizza was not cut and food didn’t taste good over priced for the standard of food delivered

Part of my order was missing. Delivery guy said he will be back then I never heard from him. What kind of service is that? Absolute joke

Where should I start? First of all we paid for garlic dips and even after I called a store they never arrived. We got 3 pizzas, 2 large on regular crust and 1 medium gluten free. I’m not sure what they mean by advertising the medium Gf pizza for £15.99 but it was nothing I expected! I’m not sure if that would be even enough for a kid. I work in the restaurant and used to work in pizza restaurant and I would be ashamed to served it and charge that amount for basically 2 slices.I even called to check, if they didn’t make a mistake on my order. Shame on you Pizza Hut, shame on you! Probably that was our last order from that company.

We ordered online and they took payment, but they didn't deliver the pizza and they don't answer the phone. We will need to pursue a chargeback against them in hopes of getting the money... And go to bed without eating as this was the dinner plan tonight. Awful experience, and completely unacceptable. I'll never order from Pizza Hut again!Update... It just arrived. Just before midnight and we ordered a little after 9. Lukewarm and sloppy food. Friendly driver said he's from a different store and we should get a refund for the lateness. Let's see.

Just taken my last ever delivery from Pizza Hut North Street after waiting over an hour and a half, only to be handed a cold pizza by an extremely rude delivery driver. When I suggested we shouldn’t have to pay for it he gleefully told me “You already have”. No apology, just a claim that they’re busy. We originally ordered at 4.30pm, hardly prime time! And they wouldn’t answer the phone so we had no idea if the pizza was even coming or not. Unbelievable. DO NOT USE.

Like the other reviews, this is the second time this month that the order has taken almost 2 hours to get here! As I'm typing this review my order is still not here, it's coming up to the second hour now. No answer on the phone and there's no point phoning customer service unless you want spend the whole night getting a massive phone bill. This is new experience because they've always been reliable but the delivery driver said that 3 drivers quit... then whats the point of advertising delivery if they're overwhelmed?? Jokers ...I don't see my order coming now and it's the last time I will bother with pizzahut

Store happily took money and order. No one turned up. After contacting customer services I was informed their ovens were not working. Basically they are running a fraudulent business. If I did not chase after this they would have happily taken my money. If you order from this shop good luck!

I have never written a review before online, but this Pizza Hut is SO BAD that I felt obliged to make one.NEVER BUY FROM HERE.It's amazing how similar my experience was to others on here. Late food; cold; box falling apart; greasy; no one answering the phone.This place is being run by clowns. I can only imagine how bad the hygiene is here.AVOID.
