Friendly staff, lovely hot rocks treatment and anti aging facial included in our autumn spar deal. We also had use of steam room, sauna and hydrotherapy pool. The cream tea was delicious and a nice extra treat. The only down side was the treatment rooms and hydropool were both a bit cold for this time of year. Plenty of free parking, changing rooms, toilets disabled access and other treatments available. Would visit again for another spa day.
