seaward hotel in North Somerset

Excellent location, staff very welcoming and friendly.Rooms basic, but comfortable.I did have a problem with the bedding, was was rectified.There are hairdryers, but not mentioned on facilities.Tea and coffee in rooms, but only 2 tea bags and 2 coffee sachets, you can pay for extra. Not enough, if there are 2 of you, especially if you only drink tea, that means you can have a brew on arrival, but nothing for the morning, unless you want to pay for it.No parking, but public parking near by.Good value for money, I would return.

Great carvery choice and loads of well cooked vegetables and roast potatoes just like mum used to make. Excellent customer service and really friendly. Have been twice when visited Weston and would definitely recommend.

Everything was good until the morning, check out is at 10.30 but a cleaner tried to come in my room twice, once at 9, then at 10. When I mentioned it the second time she told me to relax! I said how can I when people keep letting themselves into my room. Privacy is important and it wasn't valued here.

Lovely hotel. Nice staff. Only issue was the bath tap always dripped and their was an empty soap bottle in the bin. The soap wasn't topped up either. We ordered a couple sweet and we arrived with two single beds either side of the room as well

A very warm welcome from the receptionist and that does make such a difference to the start of your stay. Room comfortable, breakfast very good, a young waitress was exceptional and very helpful.only at night the room was far to warm with only a door that opened out onto a veranda was not safe to leave open but we enjoyed our stay and will return .

Here for a long weekend as a private group 50 people various ages. Food was best we've ever had in a hotel, fish n chips was the highlight for most. Great carvery but don't eat anything at least 8 hours before u attempt, the portions are huge. Great friendly staff, Clinton the chef doesn't sleep he just cooks. Nightly entertainment is a bit loud as the bar is a bit small. Would recommend to book as overall was great value for money, short walk to centre and fab views of the bay.

We stopped off for a bit of lunch when we noticed the lovely outdoor seating area. We were served by a lovely waitress who was obviously over worked and left on her own. She did a fantastic job and seemed lovely. Unfortunately the order of food came out in 20 minute intervals. This wasn't her fault but we had two children who received their meal after everyone else had finished. One of the orders was sent back because it was burnt. The waitress returned in floods of tears because the chef had given her a load of abuse after he had messed the order up. The food in general was good but the place is very disorganised. I would give it a miss as I don't think this is an isolated incident.

The bargain price we paid for an overnight stay was reflected in the very dated decor and quality (not quantity) of our breakfast. The staff were generally polite and although not spic and span in places, the hotel certainly wasn't dirty. We paid a cheap price and got a cheap hotel.

My experience of staying here was OK. The rooms are adequate apart from the beds not being up to much and also the shower was a little on the small side. Breakfast could do with some improvements. The fried bread had seen better days and the bacon was hit or miss. Why don't you do hash browns

Busy day and under staffed, sat outside which is lovely in the sun. The ploughman's was adequate but the waitress dropped the extra coleslaw on the floor. Prices are reasonable and quality acceptable. Would like to see what the evening would be like. Many choices in the local area and think there is better.
