Really nice village pub. Staff really friendly, good selection of ale and cider and the filled rolls were ace👍👍👍🍻

Good pint of Exmoor Gold and delicious lunchtime crusty baguette with bacon and mushrooms, thankfully no chips.

A lovely proper pub. We popped in for a quick drink while on a walk. It's great sitting outside in the garden. They had live music on the day we went (Sunday)Brilliant choice of real Ales and premium Larger's. They also do meals and snacks and although we didn't try any, they looked really good. It was very busy as well, so looks like it's a popular place. I've been back in again (6/6/2022). I'm pleased to report it it as good as ever. We sat outside in the garden this afternoon and was really lovely. It was a bit quiet but what do you expect on a Monday. Definitely worth a visit.

Lovely pub with a great outdoor area, its a shame some of the local clientele drink drive down Norton wood's Lane to get back from here.

Proper country pub. Good beer and Cider. Lunch was good, proper Ploughman's and home made soup. Friendly staff. Will be back.

Lovely little traditional Local pub. Simple food and drinks. Large garden.

Great little pub. Good selection of cider and beer that is well kept. Great straight forward lunches at a sensible price. Good parking too. Good vibe and dog friendly.

Arrived here half way through a walk. Well known historic pub but very disappointed with the beer. They charged premium prices and it was so badly kept we did not stop for a second round.

Amazing deep set bar with real beer barrels and good variety of pub snacks :) incredible fireplace and cosy, true but atmosphere! Truly would recommend a visit! (And they show rugby!)

Lovely place for a drink..haven't tried the food.,very small menu currently, mostly rolls &baguettes. Loads of tables inside in such acquaint building,as well as outside tables .
