The Blue Fish Co in North Somerset

Ordered online for delivery directly from their website. After just over an hour it hadn’t arrived so called them and they said it had already left. We live 6 min drive away. After another 20 mins hadn’t arrived so called again only to be told the info I got was wrong, and it had only just left. Finally arrived about 20 mins after this. Food was lukewarm and needed to be reheated in the microwave. If they had just called to say they were busy or didn’t have enough delivery drivers I would have gone to pick it up. Almost two hours to deliver 1.5 miles is ridiculous. Won’t use them again.

Order was 30mins early but apart from that the haddock and chips was amazing and the curry sauce is the best we have had. Chips have improved from last time we ordered awhile ago. Well done

Stuffed crust pizza is amazing! Chips and burgers are always good too. Plenty of options for meat lovers. The only downside is that delivery nearly always takes 15-20 minutes longer than they quote. If you opt to collect the food is always ready on time

Great food, good size portions very good service and prices. Staff very pleasant and friendly. Will use again when in the area.

Too many staff on a quiet night. Too busy chatting so not paying attention to what was being ordered when we got home wrong items given for order and was cold living only 4-5 minutes away

Order made on early evening of Wednesday23rd March 2022.Disappointing and could do better. Delivery food temperature was warm at best. Quality of batter was rather limp and soggy. Fish not that good. Ended up throwing half of the order in food recycle bin.Has been much better than this. Seemed to have been cooked in oil at lower temperature or left standing too long in draining rack warmer.Sorry guys - can do better.

Has this place changed hands ?? I am a regular very happy before, my last order last month. very late , stone cold, phoned and messaged no response, thought I would give them another chance tonight , almost an hour late. Cold food again , the cheese garlic bread I have had many times before stone cold wafer thin , with an average order of £40 to £50 pounds each time , there won't be a third chance 😭

Have been using this fish and chip shop for a while now, with delivery service as well, and their food is terrific! The only one we will go too! Would highly recommend!

Just had the best fish and chips ever in Weston super mare. The chips were lovely and the fish was beautifull white cod. The best we've ever had we shall be visiting here again lovely polite staff to. Presented lovely to nothing was to much trouble for them
