The Hungry Horse in North Somerset

Came here to have a a family meal under a reservation I had booked online for 7 people, Atmosphere is welcoming & warm. We ordered food and drinks from the bar, food was delicious with decent food portions. Only fault was a mistake on our order which was rectified easily. They have plenty of tables inside & outdoor seating with kids play area. Plenty of car park spaces so you should be able to park even when busy. Other amusements are pool table, multi games machine, slot machine & a TV for live sport or events. Toilets were well looked after & clean. Thank you

Food we had was nice, quick service, nice staff. Cleared our tables for our desserts very quickly, asked if our meals were all OK. The standards you expect when you pop out for some food. The down side for me was the toilets which didn't seem very clean. All in all great value for food for family grub.

Very caring and helpful and also very attentive to my disabilities and needs. A good variety of meals to choose from, my only complaint is if it is one you didn't have soya or alternative milk.My food was beautifully cooked and hot but my sausages were hard.Well done to the staff, thank you.

Not great. We like home cooking and that is definitely Not home cooking. It's cheap and you realise why when you get the food. All staff very friendly and helpful.

A lot of food on the menu was not available (Christmas deliveries ,🤷). Which made choice a bit more limited. I went for the southern fried chicken on bed of peppers with fries and onion rings.Not great. Peppers and onions cold and burnt on the bottom. And fries and onion rings looked like they'd been flashed in the oil as no colour - and quite tasteless.Staff members were polite when they were seen, but that wasn't often.Wouldn't be my first choice to eat at again.

Amazing pint by Ella Food was fantastic and the host Irene was 100 amazing. She Explains how busy they were and it was going to be a 15/20 minute wait on food.

Just left. We have just enjoyed a Birthday evening.The service was excellent and the staff very friendly. Our table requirements were met and for a party of 7 we had plenty of room.We ordered childrens meals, a huge burger and several steak meals.Our fussy children ate theirs without issue. Cooked perfectly and hot and the children enjoyed them. The Quadzilla ordered by my eldest was again well presented and fully enjoyed.The adults were treated to Steak sizzlers that looked and tasted fantastic. Individually cooked as per requirements.The steaks which often never arrive as required were once again cooked to perfection and were by no means dry.or underdone.With an excellent meal like this deserts were a must. We were once again treated to excellent service and well prepared food.Thank you

Well where shall I start..We ordered bacon cheese burger which was cold and inedible..We had a normal cheese burger which was also cold but my son ate it.We had a mix grill. The steak was hot but most of the other food was cold. My brother ate what he could because we paid for it..It was not my first time in this pub but its definitely my last..I would not recommend this to anybody with taste buds.. its cheap but not cheerful..Ended up taking kids to mac Donald's on the way home

Nice family eaterie. Ordering via the app is easy but staff will take your order if you don't have facilities to be able to do this.Extensive menu available.Food is good and is tasty.Toilets are available for patrons.Large car park.Great place to meet with friends and family.
