Been to many spoons in the UK, this one I definitely wouldn't come back to. It looks lovely, set on a new shopping complex, yet they lack customer service and many products. After not being able to sell me 2 dishes I wanted, the 3rd one was a big disappointment. Half of the normal size - had it before elsewhere. When asked about it, they said it depends on the supplier and just returned it to me. Wouldn't even offer to replace it (it was an adults pasta the size of a kids meal).

Marked it down to 3 stars from 5. Food is very hit and miss, you forgive it for the prices but it's gone from being OK/alright to Alright/not edible recently. You can tell they are under-staffed most of the time and while they used to keep the place tidy, it's often down to the customers having to tidy up from the previous ones now.Its budget dining and pubbing, the app ordering is good so that is how its kept its 3 stars.

Great pub you can't beat a wetherspoons cheap food and drink

Absolutely terrible. If I could use minus on the star rating I would. All the food was cold. The meat was dumped on top of the chips so they were soggy and cold. All the meat was dry on the mixed grill. It may be as they say cheap. But I think better quality would come out of a bin. AWFUL and won’t be coming back. There are many better weatherspoons around but this is one to avoid. Also pint was watered down for sure

Had two lovely meals & drinks over the Easter weekend, staff friendly and efficient.Great atmosphere here I hope the gentleman who lost his glasses at table 77 goes back in as we found them under the table to which they are now at the bar's lost property box.

First time in there last weekend, a large pub, very busy and quite noisy. Didn't have food as Wetherspoons fayre tends to be pretty much the same in all outlets (not so cheap any more and not that great!) The beer however was well kept, served at the right temperature and competitively priced. Three stars as NO Wetherspoons pub is worth any more!

As spoons go this was not that bad. i ordered food via the app to minimize human contact, The chief microwave technician was a bit enthusiastic and managed to petrify the onion rings.

Came for a meal. There was an error with order as wanted 3 small plates as a starter. But 3 plates weren't put through & would be charged for 3rd plate. Waiting for starters our mains came first. When starters came a manager came over & told of problems ordering said would give 3rd plate free. Eventually had 3rd plate came. Waited quite some time for mains to which the very helpful Ryan (deserves 5 stars for friendliness and great customer service) commented to manager we had been waiting some time for food. Offered a free dessert. Awethe main wasn't great ask for a drink instead.

Great for a place to drop into and get a good range of reasonably priced food. The place is always busy on a Saturday lunchtime and free seats are few and far between, but that is to be expected. Food and drinks arrived quickly and ordered easily enough through the wetherspoons app. We will be back again soon. 4 out of 5 stars as the tables always need clearing, but again, turnover is fast and staff always arrive quickly to sort once their attention is raised.
