Brilliant hotel. Staff friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much bother. Food good and room was spotless. Great value for money would recommend

Went here for a roast dinner this Sunday. It was delicious, could be the best roast dinner in weston at the moment. The service was slow, having to stand up and ask for a menu and the bill etc. But I can't even give 4 stars because the food was too good. One thing I would change is cook the beef for longer so it falls apart as it was a little on the tough side but I suppose everyone has their way of doing it.

Great location near beach , pier , high st . Staff are friendly, rooms are nice and the breakfast is very nice . Had a steak in the steakhouse, was a very good meal . Will stay here again. 5/5

The staff, service and food at this hotel is fabulous!!They are so so helpful!! They allowed us to park all day, with my Mum's blue badge. Disabled toilet great, v helpful and ablidging staff.We've stayed here before and we'll be back v soon!! Thank you so much...the assistance you gave made life so much easier today!!

Reason for attending was a wedding. Food was fantastic staff went over and above to look after the wedding party, rooms well presented. Highly recommended for food and well worth a visit. But you must register your car reg so you can park

My rugby team spent the bank holiday weekend at this hotel during our tour and not one had a bad word to say about itFrom the minute 20 big loud rugby players decended on them, we were greeted and treated fabulouslyRooms were amazing, clean and well furnished( I personally had a fantastic room)We dined at the steak house on the Saturday and it was perfect and again no complaintsBreakfast on both days was brilliantThe staff facilitated us and made our tour memorableThank you guys from Horsham rugby football club

Hotel was quite good room 101 was good small but clean with a sea view bathroom bright and looks like it has had a refurb.Because of the size was very warm but just opened windows. Breakfast was also good. Plenty to choose from and hot coffee on tap. Free parking.Would stay again 👍🏾

Our stay was amazing! We needed certain rooms and they gave us exactly what we needed. The rooms where great & the staff where great. Had a meal in the restaurant and considering there were 7 of us each and every meal was pero. Would strongly recommend this hotel. If you need certain rooms csll them they will be glad to help.

Where do I start, five star rating for a five star service. The online booking was swift and easy. Booked for one night. Easy to find and free parking in a large on site car park. Stayed during the week of the worst February 2022 weather. Our (first room) being a double was clean, tidy and of a lovey quality. We found a small problem, an issue with the window frame, it had dropped letting in the gale. Reporting this to the reception this was not able to be fixed so we were without any fuss upgraded to another room "The George Room". This room was themed, stylish and to be honest - amazing. See the photos. We wanted an evening meal, although the restaurant was closed the bar was still serving a full menu. Due to my sensory difficulties without any hesitation we were permitted to eat in the restaurant as the bar was somewhat noisy. The food can only be described as beyond excellent. Overall impression - amazing. Would we stay again, yes. Was it value for money - absolutely.

Just spent 2 nights in the Royal Hotel. What a fantastic position, overlooks the beach, shops and bars 2 min walk, pier a few minutes more. Excellent customer service from all staff, food was good and plentiful. Lovely sea view and super comfy bed. We used the bar and also the aperitif bar area to sit one afternoon and watch the world go by. Oh and you also get free parking for the duration of your stay. We enjoyed it so much we have booked to return.
