The Salthouse Pub & Restaurant in North Somerset

Good atmosphere with friendly staff. Both pub and toilets very clean and well presented.Food was good and very reasonably priced. ( main meal soft drink and coffees for two £26) Lovely view of the water from the dinning room.You do have to pay to park but this is understandable given pubs location so close to the sea bathing pool.Recommended lunch time venue.

We took two of our Grandchildren , cannot fault the value of the children's meals . Our meals were very good as usual . Some the staff could be a little more upbeat and smile . No one was rude though .

Service was great, very pleasant staff. The vegetables and gravy were really tasty, the roast pork, not so much and the oddest tiny pot of apple sauce swimming on the plate. Will visit again.

Service was slow and the food was average. Also car park payment was a nightmare. Time for car park payment commences 5 minutes after parking. Be sure you have change if you want a refund, as the pub will not refund without receipt of the ticket. So if you pay by phone you get nothing!

Meal with friends at a place I used to have lunch in on Fridays with my engineering work mates. Now some 17 years later and visiting from Market Drayton the area has changed but the friendly smiles and welcome still remain. Food excellent with good choices.

Nice place to eat! Decent veggie meals. Not stupid prices. Great friendly chatty staff who didn't moan when we asked for tap water. Let us sit in dining area before it was open. Not crowded. Awesome Halloween display! I'd give you 10 stars!

I have been coming to The Salthouse for sometime now and thought to myself I have never left a review before And its about time I did. The Salthouse Owners and Staff are excellent and very helpful and Friendly I am a Fussy Eater and often find Pub Food not to my Liking but I have not had a bad meal at The Salthouse there Chips are some of the Best I have ever tasted and also there other dishes are lovely. The Views are Stunning from the Pub. The Pub is always Very Clean

Large family friendly pub with huge amounts of outdoor space and some of the best views in Cleveland. It's situated above the outdoor pool with views to Cleveland pier. The food was excellent, freshly cooked and real attention to detail on the presentation, staff were friendly. The pub will refund your £3 parking if you use the car park by the entrance, take cash!
