The staff were helpful in finding and returning my lost bank card. The member there was so helpful and understanding!

We were looking for somewhere to have a cup of tea and chips on a winters day. Came across this little tea room on the end of pier. The staff were friendly and efficient however the chips were dry, the vinegar was watered down and there was not enough tea in the tea pot so never brewed properly!Have to admit for the cost of the food we was severely disappointed, but the setting was perfect!

We had afternoon tea here today. Lovely helpful staff, the interior is lovely, spacious and clean with nice views across Weston's beach, out to the channel and up to Weston Woods. Prices are also good. Happy to recommend.

Went for a afternoon tea for my 50th birthday wIth my friend the restaurant was empty. Was disgusted with the amount of sandwiches 3 small sandwiches each a small pot of tea and a small glass of prosecco as it was my birthday we were asked to take our cakes home and felt pushed out as a group of men came in for lunch and the waiter didn't want us there with a 11 month old baby my friend paid a lot of money for us and it was meant to be a special birthday experiment will not recommend or go back again

Lovely place for afternoon tea etc, plus Sunday lunch if you wish to. Clean and tidy and staff very friendly and helpful. Wasn't busy when we visited (a party of ten) and although the coffee, tea and cakes and sandwiches were lovely, there were times that things took a little too long to arrive. However, it was a enjoyable visit and I would go again.

What a seriously bad experience, waited half an hour for out hot drinks which arrived luke warm, asked to redo them and waited yet another half an hour for just one to be made. Decided to cancel order and go elsewhere , was told the machine was not working properly, manager arrived to do refund , no interaction , no apology , did not ask why totally not interested in what had happened so he gets the worse rating you could give for a manager, staff don’t seem to be knowledge in what they were doing and we were not the only customers dissatisfied as one lady had no coffee in the drink she was served, it is a shame I have had to write such a bad review as it was my first visit to a lovely cafe overlooking the sea but sadley will never return and I can only pass this on to others until the place sorts itself out, shame for the pier to have an establishment with such bad service and it not a cheap place either 😠☹️

Wow! Fantastic cream tea for 2. This was the best I have ever had, soft lovely bread with quality fillings and a range of cakes that each blew my mind. All round great experience and suitable for my little boy too. Highly recommend it.

Afternoon tea on the pier? Ooh, go on then! Great value for money! Tea for two for £10 each. Sandwiches, cake selection, scones with jam and cream and as many cups of tea as you like (or coffee if you prefer). Service was excellent too. Thanks very much. Would highly recommend it!
