Ordered at 5.10 never came till 6 20 had to phone twice and spent £45 pound don't think will order again first time was brill ever took so long but this time nearly a hour

Food ingredients fresh and good portion but you pay for that £££. I asked the if dishes come with anything and they said no. But they do if you order special menu ... Smaller portion can be purchased under special menu...i.e. 1x main and and chips or rice together combo in 1 large containers. Curry Sauce taste like a curry gravy rather than curry sauce most Chinese restaurants provide...curry sauce only 3stars , of course just my opinion 🤷 i ended up buying more than i needed

Disgusting food ordered a chicken chow mein chips with curry sauce this was all served up within 2mins of paying for it I've never ever tasted or eaten chips like it. They were charcoal colour burnt to a crisp tasted of dirty cooking oil too the chow mein was awfull tasted just the same as tho it had already been cooked up and just hotted up the whole meal tasted diagusting please avoid this place with all costs we had to throw it all in the bin every bit of it.AVOID AVOID AVOID

A leaflet advertising The Wok came through the letterbox just as we were deciding which take away to have, so we went with it. I must say it was the best Chinese meal we have had, really fresh food, hot and tasty . We enjoyed all of it very much. It did come a little late, but the quality of the food made up for that. Also we didn't check that the whole order was there and subsequently found they had forgotten to include the drinks we had ordered. A quick phone call rectified this and they delivered these as soon as they could. I would recommend this take away and will be ordering again soon.

Have been using the Wok for about 6 months + - Only once have we ever had an 'average' meal, always great and fresh! - Would recommend.

Just excellent! been using the wok for years but not ordered in a while, now they are under new management I must say I am just as if not more impressed with the quality of food and service, I heartily recommended!

Review Russ Says....Just not the same since being taken over, the food is Ok but lacks the flavour of past dishes. Sorry guys but bland. Better options are available in this competitive market.

Ordered our Chinese & they said it would take an hour, which is fine as it's a Saturday night but after an hour and 20 we called back and they said "so sorry it will be 10 minutes" making it 1hr 30 however we still didn't receive our food until it had been a full two hours after ordering! The delivery girl was lovely and we said it was not her fault but we were not offered any compensation from the shop so refused to pay full price.
