Bella Italia Plymouth, Barbican Leisure Park in Plymouth

Just had a really great meal here with the family. Booked online the day prior for 9 ppl, called in advance on the day to increase it to 10 & they didn't have the booking, however they were great & accommodated us all. Brilliant staff (*esp Natalia) & service, from the booking & during the meal! First time here & all 10 of us left full & happy! Wheelchair accessible, tolerant staff - we're a lot on our own & have kids with SEND. Even converted my elderly parents who were not enthusiastic about the chain ... they were very happy with the staff & service which means the world to me!Highly recommended by all of us & at this point in the pandemic... an absolute well done!!

Called in Saturday afternoon on the way to the cinema without a booking. As we were in a rush we asked the waitress if she could be hasty with our order and were told she “would see what she could do”.Our food was on the table in minutes few 2 adult and 2 children’s meals and all very tasty dishes, we were in and out within the hour.Didn’t get the lady’s name possibly the shift manager many thanks, will definitely be back.

Lovely food, friendly staff. Had an issue with dessert with was delt with well. Would have been a 5 star if it hadn't been for the issue.

The best staff!I was running late to the cinema, me and my partner went into Bella Italia, and Jamie did everything he could to get us seated and served as soon as possible.We made the movie in time and the Clazone was delicious!Coming again soon 👍

Nice pizza and even better spaghetti carbonara! Lisa our server was great and very quick. I used the Tastecard 2 for 1 offer, it was really good value and the atmosphere is nice and relaxing. Would recommend.

Nice place, staff a little slow with service, would have had another round of cocktails had they been a little more attentive. Food was great, clearly freshly cooked

We booked a table for 5pm but at 3.30 we were really hungry so went in,and they had tables free,the staff were really friendly and helpful,just a shame that they have cut back on menu as one of the things thst i always have isnt on it anymore,

Good food, good friendly service. We were given time to pick what we wanted which was nice. The starter looked really cute.

The pizzas were small and thin like tortillas , there is no photo of the gluten free pizza but the pizza was very thin and just awful. The portions were very small, there were a small amount of toppings, the serving was great , but the food was awful.

Nice friendly Italy restaurant. We booked in advance and were served very promptly which was good. The food was nice and reasonably sized portions. My bolognese was a little bland and my partner's lasagne's pasta was slightly under, but I would certainly eat here again.
