Burger King in Plymouth

Good opening hours but last 4 visits there hasn't been any coffee or milkshake available

The Burger King near the indoor market in Plymouth is looking old and very tired.Went there after a day out in Plymouth shopping. The touch screens are totally useless to order meals. Finally got it to work and take me to the order and payment screen, then the payment wouldn't work. Had to go to the counter and then re place the order from scratch. Very annoying. Whilst eating watched others struggling to place orders too. The screens just don't make life easy. Food was fine. Not the best Burger King I've been to. Maybe the Drake's Circus branch might be better. The staff didn't look that enthusiastic working there. But then that's understandable.Would give it another try if and when I'm ever in Plymouth again.

So let me get this straight, you handle food and pass it to customers? Right? So, taking cash is what? To dangerous? I know we're in a pandemic but come on, I didn't know if I wanted to argue or just burst out laughing. Guy serving me lacked brain cells, was obvious. Just stood staring at me when I explained I forgot my wallet. I just wanted to write this, as the only card rule is stupid, and unnecessary. It makes zero sense, you handle food. What will taking cash do exactly? F you anyway. Also place is dirty, smelt bad.

This is one of the better burger king locations. Ordered from here twice and I was pleased to have my order delivered quickly without experiencing missing items. The only and main disadvantage of this place is that they send out cold food. This is not acceptable at a fast food restaurants. Food should always be hot because most of the food just needs frying as it comes prepackaged.

My only favourite of fast food eateries, spotlessly clean, delicious fries that are ALWAYS the best whatever the time of day you order. The only downfall is that if you love the fries, always order extra as a standard amount is never enough..

Ordered online went to pick it up and they didn't have what we ordered in so we had to quickly choose something else, which made the ordering in advance pointless. Love the Vegan options available but they're very inconsistent with it :/

Ordered 2 meals tonight. Half of it didn't arrive. The restaurant passed blame on deliveroo stating there was nothing they can do. Deliveroo claims we had to speak to just eat and there contact number was always busy. Money completely wasted. Would AVOID ordering from here.

Fast friendly service. Whopper was tasty, fries were as always the best out of the big 3 fast food chains

This takeaway offers the best bang for your buck price wise out of the big name fast food outlets. With a filling meal coming in on average around the £5 mark. Fries taste good and the burgers are of reasonable quality also.

Very let down, trainee staff can't be bothered, made the burger with just the patties.. Dry as a desert! Manager was kind enough to replace but wasn't worth the effort.Must ensure trainees are interested in doing it right...
