Caffe Nero - Plymouth House Of Fraser in Plymouth

Regular visitor to this Nero for years, and have to say that over the years every member of staff has been fantastic! Rachael, Joe and Sabelina are my three favourites. Drinks are always made to the same standard each time, cafe is always clean and well kept, although I will say that the decor/floors/dividers are looking tired, but that’s down to people higher than the staff here.

Quickly served in this not over crowded cafe situated on the ground floor of Dingles House of Frazer Plymouth. Retail shopping will have a more comfortable ambience over a coffeeat Cafe Nero.

Busy little coffee shop. Very efficient and friendly inside department store. A little cramped and quite noisy. Window seats are always full and quickly snapped up as are more comfy and quieter. Has personality!!

I found the service here is rude and the cutlery is dirty.They didn't respect my wishes as a customer when I asked for a specific slice of cake I liked the look of and just gave me one I wasn't keen on because it wasn't as fresh as the others.As a customer, I would expect them to oblige and not just tell me what I'm getting.Thoroughly disappointing experience.I won't be going to this branch again.

Nice hot coffee, comfortable location, good service

In House of Fraser very cosy and welcoming on a cold wet morning and coffee also very nice.

Flat white was strong, delicious and beautifully presented. The pain au chocolat was buttery and melt in the mouth. As good as I've had in France.

I was disappointed. They weren't keeping count of how many people were coming in. The tables weren't being cleared. People were gathering up dishes from table they wanted to sit at, and out then in the side. I did the same and used a wet wipe to clean the table. Coffee is great and staff are lovely,but won't be in a hurry to go back till after covid
