Cakewhole in Plymouth

To whom it may concern, I had an enquiry to make to the company to which their response was very rude and abrupt. They proceeded to say they didn’t do celebration cakes however I have seen multiple photos of celebration cakes they’ve made.

Wow!! Amazing food. Great staff .. Owens coffee and cakes.. The staff were so friendly definitely a hidden jem of Plymouth. Thank you Cakewhole amazing service 😁

I was absolutely APPALLED when visiting cakewhole. I was mis-treated and made to feel ashamed of having a child with me! The woman who owns the shop tried to make my 7 year old daughter stand outside on her own in the pouring rain, on a main busy road because 'only one person in the shop' rule. When trying to talk to the owner about how i felt this wasn't acceptable and how this made me feel, she became extremely rude and agitated. When she walked out the back one of the other staff members apologised to me about her behaviour so it must be a reoccurring thing!I will never be returning and i encourage everyone to avoid!

Purchased two vegan sausage rolls, came to just under £6. I was disappointed, didn't get a hello or any acknowledgement when I walked in. Once served the lady was polite, cakes looked amazing.

Lovely birthday cake made for my boyfriend! Due to lockdown, I couldn’t be with him, so Cakewhole made a custom cake I asked for and delivered it as a surprise for him on the date and time I requested! Brilliant help, lovely cake, good price and would absolutely order again :)

Bought my mums 50th birthday cake here and it was delicious!! They are welcoming and very helpful with ensuring we got exactly what we wanted!! Would definitely recommend to anyone!
