The best in Plymouth! As a family we've used China Express for over 30 years! Can't recommend enough!

Had bbq spare ribs tonight, absolutely disgusting, paid £5.00 basically for a box of 5 bones, hardly any meat or sauce, disgusting.

I usually love their food, especially their rice. But tonight, the rice was dry, my chicken greasy, the crab ragoon, were hollow and even my fortune cookie was stale. The two stars are for my husbands meal, he sad “wasn’t bad,” very disappointed.

Just moved to Plymouth pl4 and went by Google reviews. Well.... Either I'm used t something cooked by a Chinese person that tastes of Chinese or maybe nobody who reviewed this had actually eaten there. Vile vile vile. Went in the bin. It's fast I'll give them that but completely inedible. Go somewhere else..... Anywhere... Even your local crematorium!

This is my local Chinese and have ordered here many times. Food is amazing, great portions and never had a bad meal!

When my usual Chinese take away closed down I tried this one , have been three times now and am really pleased, lovely food,quick service, decent portion size and piping hot , great selection on menu and the special chips are to die for . Excellent takeaway highly recommended.

Absolutely disgusting I still feel horrid the day after eating. Cantonese duck batter was the greasiest, most foul tasting thing I think I've ever eaten in my life. I shouldn't of considered trying somewhere new. Even thinking about it now is turning my stomach. Vile

I have used this company for approx 10yrs. I loved the food & the service was great & on time. Tonight im disappointed. I made my order with a lady on the phone who seriously lacked people skills. She asked me for my phone number but as ive just returned from working in th middle East I was unsure of my number. She said I will call you back & just hung up. No good bye. Just hung up. She did call me in approx 30secs & took my order however she didn't confirm for my address. As I've just moved in the last week but have used them in the new property I presumed they knew the reallocation. 2mins later someone called to confirm "what address are we delivering too". That I thought was good. Then when food was delivered, on time as usual, it was short of a pancake roll. I ordered 2. That's 1 for me & 1 for my wife. I called them back, spoke to the same dim women as before & requested to speak to a manager. I explained I 100% ordered 2 x pancake rolls but she said no I didn't. The lady she spoke to was right. I asked for, as complimentary due to to so many years use, another pancake roll to be delivered. She said we'd waiver the delivery charge but I still needed to pay the £2 for the roll. After spending probably in excess of £500 over the years I would of expected a grave of £2 as it was there mistake. No customer care!! All about them making money. Moving to another take away. Suggest you all look for another prior to getting the same service 👍
