Costa Coffee in Plymouth

Nice hot coffee but getting a bit pricey. Will cut down on visits

Dirty and unclean seating area! And the store was quiet too, so no excuse! Won't be going back!

Staff were lovely but unable to give cream for my hot chocolate which is not that bad, but the cleanliness got to me a little. There were trays and cups left on many tables and really looked untidy. Plus if the trays were there then it is likely that the tables hadn't been cleaned since the last customer. I figured in a covid era this might be a priority for many people.

OK but the toilets are filthy. I don't think the toilet seat had seen anything than a quick wipe over many moons ago!

Stopped for a hot drink after a cold cycle ride.

My drink was the usual high quality Costa coffee. The queue was out the door, however due to the quick efficient service I didn't have to wait anymore than 10 minutes. Staff all seemed pleasant, and I received great customer service.

First time I've been to Costa. My daughter wanted to go in because she loves the frostinos they make. I tried one with her and really enjoyed it. Think I may be hooked on them now!!

First time in this Costa branch, fairly busy with a few people in front of me. Staff very helpful and friendly. Quality of the latte was perfect. Hot and well presented.Next time I'm heading for a long trip, I'll come here again

Used to use this a lot until others came on stream... now i have called in for a coffee what a filthy place this is... staff and baristas are very friendly but it wouldn't go amiss to employ a cleaner or two, full time. Seating is stained, tables not cleaned and wiped and piles of dirt in various corners of the floor. Definitely not recommended until its been thoroughly deep cleaned.

Large spacious shop, friendly and efficient staff. Good range of snacks and a Gluten Free range available. Plenty of seating and easily accessible inside plus addition seating outside to sit in the sun.
