Crownhill Chinese Takeaway in Plymouth

The delivery was very quick. The food was really good apart from the chips being so salty. We had to put them in a colander and shake the salt off. Alittle salt is ok but this was excessive

The delivery time has become a joke! Waiting over 2 hours for the food. When placing the order they don't tell you till the end that's there's a wait. The reason I used to use this takeaway was because of the fast delivery time. It's has become a joke now.

Shocking. Ordered last weekend.Food was dry and had no life to it, chips were crunchy and rock hard. And curry sauce was lumpy. Poor customer service. And attitude.Which is a shame as usually the food is nice and enjoyable.Placing an order, to then put on hold whilst another order is being made and you can hear it. Very professional.Won't be going here again.Staff need to learn customer service skills& along with a skill set of manners and politeness.Eat here at your peral.Shocking.

I've been going here well over 20 years and it's slowly going down hill.and I'm getting it less and less.use to be every Saturday night.fancied it last night (Friday) and it was awfull.very dry.chicken balls looked awfull,dark brown and cracked so obviously been warmed up.one I did try was tasteless.never going back.such a shame.

Mostly we have great chinese/english food from here and it is our go to place. It is a very popular takeaway and if we telephone for a delivery the drivers are always very pleasant. The staff are very busy and very efficient.

We have had out takeaways here for 15 plus. Absolutely diabolical service this evening. Not only did the girl mess up our order it was very late and almost cold. You used to be the best Chinese takeaway but I think you should look at the staff who take the orders as they are hard of hearing as they miss a main part of the meal and tried to fob me off. Gutted. Unfortunately I will reconsider my takeaway. I'm sure my money will be welcomed else where.

Great food but terrible waiting times with sometimes waiting longer then was told by the store , 3 and half hour wait
