Domino's Pizza in Plymouth

Absolutely awful experience, placed an order online , arrived to collect when told to only to be told after driving 20 mins to collect that they had messed one of the pizzas up, they they messed it up for a second time so after waiting for nearly an hour in the shop I was informed that I could have a refund as they had messed my order up again, or the would refund me only for the pizza that was not suitable and I could take and be billed for the cold soggy pizza cooked nearly and hour ago. Disgusting customer service as none of the managers had any care or concern over the issue and the fact that they had offered a refund was good enough.

To the owner, Could you please ask your inexperienced staff to put more cheese ? More toppings ? I have changed my review from a 5 star to a 1 star as I’m fed up pretending all is ok with your shop . Some of your staff need training . I have been ordering for 9 years once a month may be and every time I am having a pizza coming either dry with very little cheese or very thick and doughy. Two months ago I ordered a pizza and to my surprise it was made really good . I left a 5 star review then I ordered pizza this month two times in a row and the quality was awful. I order the pizza for my two kids other wise I’m not a huge pizza fan.

Meat found on veggie pizza, response from Domino's is that this happens so not their problem 🤦‍♀️.The ratios of toppings were also way off (cheese mostly all on one side) and the slices were really irregular.Cheesy garlic bread was really powdery on the bottom.Terrible, contaminated and a company that doesn't seem to care at all!

Pizzas arrived all smashed up and inedible.... this keeps happening and the staff are super rude. Dont even bother ordering from this place

I still reminisce about how awful this branch is. Rude staff, and the pizzas are really poorly made. Lack of topping (hunt the cheese!) and just poor all round. Dominos are usually decent, but this branch is awful.Only writing this review because I'm hungry and waiting to order a pizza. Dominos can deliver now...but I'll wait until my usual decent pizza place opens.Avoid. Your money will be better spent elsewhere.

Usually really good quality but unfortunately this time pizza came with very little cheese (for a large pizza) we ordered 2 and for some reason both our pizzas had ingredients we didn't order. One was soggy too. Delivery was super fast!

I had the same experience as Jonathons review. Pizza was over an hour before it was marked as dispatched. Then, despite the very clear delivery instructions, the delivery driver got lost. He calls me and I explain where I am, then I see him ride past on his moped and completely misses me waving him over, he does a U turn, misses me AGAIN and rides away! At that point I just wanted a refund only to be met by an extremely rude, unhealthy sounding woman trying to tell me to do her job for her. Absolute circus operated by inept clowns. Reported to HQ.Update: Got a refund off Paypal, unlucky you dutty pig

The worse dominos we’ve ever visited. Staff are absolutely hopeless. Slow, unresponsive, lack of knowledge and unhygienic. The guy making the pizzas left his station on multiple occasions to assist the female on the till (pressing buttons on the till each time). Each time he returned to the station without washing his hands. This breaches all H&S rules, but in a time when we are fighting against Covid, raises serious concerns.As for the pizzas, far too much sauce, toppings thrown on. I’ve seen more creativity from a four year old. Once ready, we waited ages for the pizzas to be given to us, despite waiting by the till!Sadly this branch appears to be owned by someone who doesn’t care as long as the money keeps coming in. No sign of anyone in charge and run by those who don’t really care. Avoid at all costs.

Omg the rudest bunch of staff you'll ever encounter. They really ruined out dinner over just ONE SLICE of pizza. Ordered 2 pizza for 6 people made them double decadence, when it arrived every one took one slice then realised it not got the cheese layer in between, called the store said they will send a replacement but will need the pizzas we had back, said ok which in itself very weird, I've never heard of this happing ever with anyone. But still went along with it. Driver called me outside (who was by far the rudest of them all I mean a total nutcase) and said to bring the pizza with me , saw him waiting for me to see the pizza first so he could decide whether or not I was LYING. Then just looked at the pizza and send I can't replace it cz we've eaten Half the pizza(only the Slices of a large pizza were eaten). He could see it more then half, but his arguement was its only one more than half🤦🏻‍♂️.Called them back and they just chose violence that night. Just told me can't to anything, can't refund, told me to complaint. Said I was a liar, when in fact on the first call I told him I can send him a photo of the cheese missing and he also said that he had put "A LITTLE BIT IN THE MIDDLE"... ?? I mean why mate ?? Didnt pay for little bit in the midlde did I??? It also means he knew it wasnt enough so he was cheating intentionally!!! And I will attach some photos you will see even that little bit isn't there. So in the all this time pizza was ruined. Cz of waiting for the other one, and didnt even get the other one.

Well, one pizza arrived completely squashed and under cooked. Called and sent a replacement, wow.. looks good from here right? Wrong, it arrived cold and basically raw, it obviously got shown the over but was not allowed in. Not disappointed we just won’t ever return.
