Dominos in Plymouth

Order online, part of the order arrived incorrect. Call them to be told I can have that item refunded or wait over an hr for the item to be swapped. After refusing to wait over an hr and explaining I want my food to eat as one meal not two, a lot of two and fro with the Manager they finally agreed to swap the order completely as long as not more than two bits of pizza have been eaten, which they hadn't so they can take the food back. What a joke and what a waste. Going by all the other one star reviews, someone at Domino's needs to get their act together and sort this store out.

Not had a domino's pizza for years but one of their fliers came through the door and we thought why the hell not and went to our local domino's in Exeter Street plymouth. They were absolutely bomb out with phone calls for deliveries but still managed my order and collection within the shop within 15mins and we thoroughly enjoyed both our pizzas, leaving a little for tomorrow's dinner lol.Thanks peeps ☺️.

Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered food at 9.20 website said it was a 50 minute wait. Rang up at 10.30 to check on progress was told the pizza was out for delivery. Rang back at 11.05 to be told it wasn't out for delivery in fact they hadn't even baked it yet. Asked to cancel the order and was told it will take 3-5 days to return the money. Absolute joke of an establishment.

Awful quality of food and service. Gave the wrong order at collection and didn't own up to their mistake. The most insensitive and careless staff at the branch and the overall management who were very rude and didn't do anything to correct their mistake. I wish there was the option of giving a zero star as that's what they deserve. Please don't bother ordering and do yourself a favour by ordering from Papa John's instead. Better price, quality and just general attitude towards their customers

Absolutely awful experience, placed an order online , arrived to collect when told to only to be told after driving 20 mins to collect that they had messed one of the pizzas up, they they messed it up for a second time so after waiting for nearly an hour in the shop I was informed that I could have a refund as they had messed my order up again, or the would refund me only for the pizza that was not suitable and I could take and be billed for the cold soggy pizza cooked nearly and hour ago. Disgusting customer service as none of the managers had any care or concern over the issue and the fact that they had offered a refund was good enough.

Took over an hour when estimated time on ordering was 34-38mins. Used the tracker and it's showed the pizzas were made and ready for about half an hour before they even went out for delivery. Finally arrived by pedal cycle ( not even an ebike, but an actual pedal cycle!) Safe to say both pizzas were cold and we were unhappy customers. Won't order again in a hurry.

Meat found on veggie pizza, response from Domino's is that this happens so not their problem 🤦‍♀️.The ratios of toppings were also way off (cheese mostly all on one side) and the slices were really irregular.Cheesy garlic bread was really powdery on the bottom.Terrible, contaminated and a company that doesn't seem to care at all!

Pizzas arrived all smashed up and inedible.... this keeps happening and the staff are super rude. Dont even bother ordering from this place

Usually really good quality but unfortunately this time pizza came with very little cheese (for a large pizza) we ordered 2 and for some reason both our pizzas had ingredients we didn't order. One was soggy too. Delivery was super fast!

Well, one pizza arrived completely squashed and under cooked. Called and sent a replacement, wow.. looks good from here right? Wrong, it arrived cold and basically raw, it obviously got shown the over but was not allowed in. Not disappointed we just won’t ever return.
