Dragon House in Plymouth

Told me they were now closed as I was just about done giving my order. Not only this but they were closing over half an hour early! There are some really good Chinese takeaways in Plymouth like Ocean City and Kings, I wouldn't touch this one.

20th Feb 2022.Found out today prices have gone up by (approx 20%) and the physical menus have not yet been updated.Just a heads up as surprised me when ordering today.Food itself is nice mind.

Can't review the food. It was so late my partner ordered Dominoes and it beat them to the house. delivery really late. (Just East review left) Don't bother order else where people..

Worst Chinese in Plymouth. Meal arrived really late and it was a wrong order. Phoned the takeaway and the girl was very rude and denied the order was wrong. Please don't waste your money on this Chinese takeaway

First time using the new app and it is really good. From ordering to being delivered and on our plates it was 35 mins !! Still the best chinese around.

Food wasn't cooked well the rice was but the beef and chicken weren't very disappointed after spending nearly 20 on a Chinese tried to ring back to ask the driver to come back and get the food but there not picking up would of liked a refund but doubt I will get one. Wouldn't bother ordering from here. Left hungry! Bang out of order.

Been ordering here for at least 2 years now, foods been perfect and had great service. But recently we've had later deliveries after being told an hour to an hour and 20min for our deliver which is expected turned to a 2 hour delivery after making our order. We rang to check only to get attitude about how they run a take away business and it's busy. Sorry but your paying customer who contributed to your business is now looking elsewhere. Minor spend but with the way things have been I would have thought a paying customer that lives 15minutes away is worth more then attitude on the phone. Didn't even eat half the food as it was too late for a full meal. If your customer service changes let me know as the foods perfect.

Food was great and a short walk from our B and B. Waited for our food and we got it at the time they said it would be ready. Food was hot and was really nice and not salty like some take always are. It seamed well organised. Was brilliant for us after a long drive down to Plymouth.

Delicious food and an enjoyable experience from ordering to delivery!I honestly believe this Chinese 'take a way 'is the best in the south west!The food is obviously prepared from fresh with the finest of produce.My sweet and sour chicken balls were cooked to perfection, and the taste was truely awesome!The prawn toast is a 'party in the mouth', a definite delicious starter /appertiser.The spring Rolls are perfect and just SO tasty!My food was delivered a little later then the delivery time estimated, but was hot, the presentation and portions were fabulous, and Aaron, my delivery server was charming, polite and a credit to the business.Overall, my experience was a massive five stars, and i will look forward to ordering in the future.A massive thumbs up from me!

I have ordered from here a few times, its usually less than warm by the time I get to eat it, but it taste nice. Although, today I experienced very rude customser service and very long waiting time for some change. This was followed by attitude from two female staff members. I will not be ordering from here again and will encourage others not to. There are much better places to get a Chinese meal from!
