Fishbone Restaurant and Bar in Plymouth

Me and my sister suprised our mum for afternoon tea for mothers day, staff are really attentive and polite, quick service free parking. The food was nice and well presented 🍰 Plenty of choice and a lot of food they told us at the beginning that they have boxes to take the rest if we don't eat all xxxx Great value for money

The staff were really helpful with finding and modifying some of the dishes for my partner as she has a serious dairy and egg allergy Food was great and well presented on the plate Would recommend

Went for afternoon tea. Booked for 3pm but didn't get food until 3.30pm. Food was good but not enough savoury stuff. Way too much sweet stuff. The service was appalling. Had to go and find someone to ask for coffee (unlimited and included with the tea) in 3 hours only managed to get 2 cups! Wouldn't go again.

Booked a table and tried to order afternoon tea. Sadly had to order that 24 hours in advance, which wasn't clear at time of booking. Disappointed with BLT as bread looked like hovis and was expecting something different. Children's meal were good and was free dining for kids with a full paying adult.

Excellent cream tea, always checking if we needed more of anything. Plenty of food for us. Lovely friendly service.

A solid three star experience, visited for a Sunday nut roast. Both our dishes were missing items from what we ordered, quality of food was ok but nothing you couldn’t do at home.

Fabulous customer service with great choice of food. Lovely presentation and tasty. Wobbly coffee was cold but wasn't made an issue of. Staff quick to remedy situation. Relaxing atmosphere, very nice afternoon.

Went for afternoon tea which was very reasonably priced. More than we could eat. Spoilt a little by the noise levels as a wedding party were at the bar rather than in a bespoke room. Would opt for a quieter venue next time.

Nice place to eat if staying at Future's Inn. Restaurant was completely empty so not sure why I had to book, but was pleasantly greeted and food came out fairly quick as well. All in all the food was good, not great, but good and good value for money as well.

Oh dear, they had a disaster!! I rearly give one star but our evening was comical. We really thought we were being filmed for an Ant & Dec comedy type show!! A really pleasant venue and smartly dress staff, but thats it. The staff were clearly untrained the food quality was tasteless and dry. We were asked to confirm our drinks order 6 times and when it eventually turned up, it was incorrect!! Following the first two courses, we didnt risk a dessert. Staff were apologetic and did offer a discount and the person in charge took our polite, constructive criticism well. Still gonna strike off this place for a return visit.
