Imperial Garden in Plymouth

This restaurant is very appalling,the food is digusting and the service is horrible. We waited 30 minutes and it hadnt arrived. We talked about the issues but they didnt accept it. The food wasnt fresh and i dont recommend to eat here.

Poor experience， small portion size, heavy taste, no service at all but expensive(plain rice is 5 pounds ) , not worth the price, I won't come again.

Best Chinese in Devon! Haven’t visited the restaurant for a while due to lockdown but found out recently they had reopened for eating-in since last year. Visited with my partner and everything was spectacular - the food quality and service was as good as I remembered last time. So glad they have re-opened for eating-in, can’t wait to visit again very soon!

Absolutely Fantastic!!!Me and a group of friends booked a table to dine in for my birthday and what a delight it was!We have ordered takeaway from them before and found it out of this world so dining it was a must try, and I'm glad we did!They have a sensational vegan menu, probably the biggest Asian vegan menu I have ever seen and the tastiest for sure!Some of my friends are meat eatters, they also absolutely loved thier food and also loved trying the vegan dishes we had!The service was wonderful, always met with a smile and they was all very patient waiting for us to order and dealing with the boys being boys a points..(They broke a glass spinning the food rotisserie, but once again was met with nothing but kindness and understanding)All in all a Sensational birthday experience,Thank you so much for making it so special Imperial Garden!Just to add, everyones favourite dish (including the meat eaters) was the 'Vegan garlic butter prawns'.A must try!!!

Incredible vegan options on the menu. Excellent service, great delivery times. We actually got given the wrong order last time, but not an issue because it was still a vegan dish, luckily, and was delicious as always, and was a good excuse to try something new!

Really nice owners. Slight mistake where a delivery driver had picked up our meal. It was back in 5 minutes. Very kindly offered a drink in the meantime. Good food too. You can trust this business to do the right thing and if they make a mistake they will sort it. Thank you.

Have only just tried this Chinese takeaway. Food was absolutely gorgeous and tasty with massive portions easily enough for two! Very polite staff and this will for sure be our go to Chinese takeaway from now on. Such a huge selection and brilliant there is such an amount for vegan as well. Highly recommend and also applied for the delivery position as well :) Thanks

The food is lovely and we order often, but lately there have been mistakes with our orders, they never do anything to apologise, or make amends, they made us wait for up to 35 minutes to bring out a missing item from our order one time, meanwhile the rest of our food went cold. I told them our food had gone cold and their response was just 'yeah'. We never receive any money back or discount for next time, the delivery driver actually seemed annoyed at us for having to bring back our missing items. We just had a curry sauce missing from our recent order so it wasn't much, but when it was bought out to us, I'm pretty sure it was filled up less than usual which is ridiculous given everything.We used to order so much, but we won't be in a rush to order again anytime soon.

Lovely food with a plethora of unusual dishes to choose from. The crispy beef in Peking sauce was a highlight. Only downside was that they took forever to clear our table when we'd finished our mains; probably down to a staff shortage

Wow. Extensive menu including an entire vegan menu with vegan prawn, squid, chicken, pork and duck.Great prices, delicious food and fair portions.Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff.Very clean toilet and tables.I am really impressed and will definitely be coming back!
