KFC in Plymouth

Got home and my order was nothing like what I ordered. No Zinger. Devastated. Ruined my day.

Its was so nice and warm , about 10 mins wait . Polite staff nice to see at KFC .

Amazing customer service throughout. My family and I loves it.

Just had 47 pounds worth of food delivered from KFC Union Street and what a waste of money. Vegan burger missing to start with .Received half a tub of rice. The two fillet burgers was so dry and rock hard ,god knows how long they have been cooked,the mayo we couldn't even taste because it was so little of it .. Very disappointing and definitely won't be ordering again!!!

Chicken was left on the side for about 15 minutes stone cold when I got it the chicken was over cooked dry just nasty chips was rank too staff couldn't give a toss to busy having a chat letting everything back up I'll give this a miss from now on probably use another store next time

We were starving so ordered the family feast. Requested no drumsticks and we got some nice pieces of chicken. The chips were delicious and the beans superb, cheers KFC 👌👍

It was good service and nice food I love it here always good staff has a laugh with me and there so happy and polite

Beautiful food and good service by staff if I could give them 10 star's I would I enjoyed the hot spicy chicken wings and the hot sweet corn and the gravy is better than I have had from other fast food places in Plymouth

Just got an order from just eat, mighty bucket for 1, the chips were cold (fair enough) but there was only 1 wing, 2 thighs both of which I could see the bones sticking out so was kinda grim to bite into, and the fillets were good. Just annoying that 1 of the thighs didn't taste right so I couldn't eat it, it's as though someone had been sucking on it for some time which is just disgusting. I've been to this one before for the mega box which was really good 5 stars on that one.

This was not what I ordered . What happened to the mini fillet, chips and coleslaw. I didn't order corn on the cob! Not happy. And neither were the kids considering most of their choice wasn't delivered. This really doesn't share between 1 adult and 2 kids. I'd like a refund as I've now got to order from another company at more expense to feed the "TREAT" they've been waiting for and will have to wait longer now for the rest of their meal. Extremely unhappy with KFC!!
