King's Fry in Plymouth

Lovely food cooked by lovely people

Never know when open. Change the opening hours daily if they open at all. What a way to treat customers who walk to you on the basis of displayed opening hours just to find it shut.

Decent takeaway with friendly staff - might become my local takeaway!;

Hadn't been here for a while years ago they were brilliant but today for first time ever the food wasn't up to standard everything I bought was cold

Food absolutely lush been going there since I was a kid still just as nice

Went there for the first time 2 weeks ago, would have never of thought to come here until my partner drove here. The customer service was amazing very open and honest and nothing was too much of a bother. The food well that was amazing. The batter was light and crispy and the chips were lovely too. This has to be the best fish and chip place I have been to recently. I enjoyed the food and would definitely recommend. Great place.

proper old school chippy ran by a lovely old couple. Best chips in Plymouth. only open Mon to Friday as of recently because after 35 years they deserve weekends off. because they are so good queue times can sometimes be 10 to 15 mins but it's worth the wait! Proper homemade chips made out the back!

I bought from King Fry last night... the food was cooked perfectly, lady serving was great... really good customer service.The most stand out thing was the quality of the chips... they were with out doubt "the best chips" I've ever had from a chip shop in 59 years.Next time I'm in the area I will definitely be paying another visit.

Really good fish and chips, been there a few times but will definitely be going there a little more often seen as it's close to where I live. Was quite happy with food.

THE BEST quality fish n chips in Plymouth. Guaranteed to be satisfied every time. Most of all, the price is respectable.
