Little Chopsticks in Plymouth

Do not use this Chinese shocking been waiting 3 hours rang at 7 ask to cancel they told us they can’t cancel and to contact just eat, couldn’t find out how to through them, so left it and gave them the benefit of the doubt! Just phoned them they’ve obviously not had any confirmation to cancel the order as we didn’t but decided to just not cook it!!! Then had the neck to say it’s our fault because we rang them and mentioned cancelling itDo not use this Chinese disgraceful1 star is too many!!!

I ordered on Just Eat, waited over an hour for the food just for my order to be cancelled, called up the restaurant to ask why and was told it’s because we missed their call and they hanged up on me. Called again for a proper explanation and they tried to justify that they cancelled the whole order because they didn’t know which chilli sauce and vinegar to give us… would have appreciated if they just went ahead with the order and apologized for not having the right sauces. We ordered 7 items but they cancelled over a request for a little sauce on the side. Bad customer service. Complicated and unwilling to compromise.

Tried multiple dishes and all have been better than any other Chinese dishes I have had before. I recommend the Royal Duck and Spicey chips.

Food was over an hour late despite being told numerous times when i called them that it was on way. The staff was very rude, asked why my food was late due to pre-ordering over an hour and a half before it was supposed to arrive, got told that when the order was supposed to happen it had only left the restaurant, I asked if I could have a discount due to my order being late and the staff member was very rude, ignored my question and started stating that I never asked about this, they then stated that they have never done discounts as never needed to, they then hung up of me multiple times when I tried talking to them.

Delivery time over 2 hours they keep changing the delivery time first 30min than another 30 min and so on. If you want to cancel you have to pay 50 % worst service ever

I don't like to leave bad reviews ever but...I asked to exchange normal chips for spicy chips on an order. The cashier said mentioned to exchange normal chips for spicy chips would be an additional £1.60.The price difference on the extra portion section between normal and spicy is £0.70, I mentioned this but the cashier said it is a cost for the container...My score is nothing to do with the quality of food here, just with my experience when ordering.

It was not hot. We will not be ordering from here again. Beef curry was terrible. It was just basic curry sauce chucked on top of beef basically,curry sauce you would put on chips. Absolutely vile

Ordered for the second time in this place and forgot to change the delivery address from the first time, an honest mistake and I can appreciate it is an inconvenience on the staff. However I called them to sort it out and I was yelled at on the phone by a female member of staff, absolutely disgusted by the customer service

food was over an hour late despite being told numerous times when i called them that it was on way. it was cold upon arrival upon complaining they were refusing refund and suggested we hand food back and wait for a fresh delivery. order had gone in about 7 food was not delivered till 9.25. shocking why would we want to wait again for hopefully hot food. will never waste my money here again

We used this Chinese as our normal one was always engaged one night and what can I say?This Chinese is amazing, the food arrived hot, the delivery driver was very kind and courteous.Would definitely recommend this Chinese.
