Lucky Star in Plymouth

This was the worst Chinese I have ever tasted please do not order from Uber eatsThe chilli chips were cold and awful - the chicken curry had no taste only hot and onions - the shredded beef was absolutely jellified I can only describe and tasted of chilli and nothing else - yukThe spring rolls weren’t even cooked properly- I have eaten some of it - I just hope I don’t get food poisoning- I’m not sure how this place survives !?! Yuk

Worst Chinese I’ve ever had, chicken satay looked like vomit and was powdery (inedible). Fatty, battered spring roll was horrid as well as unseasoned and undercooked chilli chips, accompanied with bland, dry rice.

Horrible absolutely disgusting, the food arrived cold and was tasteless wouldn’t even serve to my dogs. Spent £35 worth of food for it all to go into the bin. Do not waste you’re time ordering from here save you’re money this is a horrible place should be shut down.

Sat in and ate in the restaurant, 10/10. Bao buns were great and fresh, the pork filling had great flavour. The egg fried rice tasted great and was filling. 5⭐️

Absoultely disgusting WORST CHINESE IVE EVER HAD dry cold old salt and chilli chips and the chow mein the egg fried rice and the curry sauce was tasteless and the chicken balls were undercooked and the duck the smallest portion 5 little bits and all the rest was veg a whole onion so its all gone in the bin thanks lucky star just hope am not unwell from the bits i tasted

The food are really delicious with large portion.The staff are very polite and felt their kindly heart.Will definitely recommend and will re-order it next time when I stay in Plymouth.

You can always tell that it's a proper Chinese restaurant if there are Chinese people eating there. This was a lovely authentic Chinese meal, very nice family run restaurant with huge portions of food at reasonable prices. Some of the food served may not be to Western taste but there are plenty of familiar dishes too. One portion of rice and one of noodles is enough for 4! So don't over order. You can take the leftovers away if you like. I would definitely eat here again.
