Music evening every 3rd Wednesday of the month. Fantastic; 15 people with Guitars, mandolins, banjos, accordion, mouth organs, penny whistles and good fun. Excellent pint with great company.

A great place to stop off for a drink. The landlord and landlady are very amicable. Good range of drinks. Pop in & check it out 👍

Staff are very unprofessional and extremely rude and horrible, there’s always anti social and two face people that goes in that pub. The pub should be shut down with all the anti social and threatening behaviour. I would not recommend this pub to anyone and I wouldn't want to go back to this pub ever again since they are full of gossipers and a bunch've clowns. They are a waste of space. The landlord is a weirdo lol. Glad I've stopped putting money in their tills since they barred me over two years ago, I'm over it and moved on but I enjoy giving them a very bad name. I would not put money in their tills. I'm better than them.

Ended up here as the Waterfront was shutting early. Very glad we did - friendly staff and a cosy pub with plenty of seating and good choice of real ale.

Excellent locals pub, one big bar in horseshoe, clean and tidy, cushions and comfy seating which can seat many drinkers at once, Mike the Landlord excellent. Jail Ale was well kept. Good mixture of locals and party groups although lively not raucous so recommended as different age groups mixing well. If I lived nearby would use as my local.
