Mcdonald's Restaurant in Plymouth

This McDonald's is the best one in Plymouth by a country mile. The food is always fresh and always comes out at a reasonable speed. Staff are always friendly and helpful no matter the issue. You can always see someone cleaning, which is very reassuring about the cleanliness of the restaurant

Nice food. Very polite and helpful staff. Floor was really slippery though.

I decided to dine in here last September and I was really pleased. Fast and easy ordering system, polite staff and not crowded.At the time to my visit they were offering stickers for collection that could be exchanged for a prize. I don't remember the prizes listed as I never intended to exchange mine but I thought it was a nice addition.As this is a popular restaurant it can get noisy at times but this is to be expected. Food is as fresh as it can be considering this is a fast food so worth a visit in my opinion. Will definitely be going back

As a delivery driver I feel disrespected by one of the staff she said let me see you accepted I said I did it already. and she told me ( do as you told)!!!! And I came back after I delivered the food asked for the manager ,he wasn't interested to listen to me he just said I'm busy , what a great service , I would like to say thank you to the manager who wasn't interested to see how bad his staff treat drivers !!!

Pre-ordered a large breakfast order for 7am, they couldnt have been more helpful with freshly made, hot breakfasts baps for the team on a weekend open morning.just perfect, thank you.

Grubs all good but feel the store shoumd just remove the downstairs seating ( except for the obligatory disabled seats they no doubt 'must' have) and make it a better flowing store always rammed with people struggling to see or hear if their numbers up for collection and jamming up the order desks.

Coming from Torquay, we don't have high expectations for high street McDs, but this one is really nice. The food is what you expect but the store was spotless. And they don't lock up the toilets like they have to do in Torquay. We were impressed. 😅

Always 5 star service from here, new server jaxon obviously hasn't been there long but service has been top notch from him every time... There's always something going on but staff deliver service every time with a smile... Keep up the good work...

Call yourselves a fast food chain!? Placing our order in Plymouth today we're had to wait twenty minutes for it. I have never seen such a shambles ever. The Mgmt hadn't a clue and all of us were so close together it became a covid hotspot in minutes. Disgusting!

Upon entry there was a wait out in the rain which could of been avoided by moving people out of the door way, my toffee latte had 2% cream left on top when it arrived and the chips where over salted to an extent of being almost inedible. I've added 1 extra star for the girl that welcomed me at the door, her customer service was on point.
