Mcdonald's Restaurants in Plymouth

Food was average + they gave me a medium strawberry milkshake instead of vanilla. Service was very fast however

My dear friend and housemate, Nick G Chuffet didn't receive his order in full. Instead of full bellies we were left feeling empty, not of the stomach, of the heart.I'm not angry, just disappointed.

Nice and clean but had to wait over 25 minutes for our food while the staff behind was having a good old chat behind the back I'll try bottom of town next

Absolutely horrible McDonalds, food is fine like the rest of them but it gets so busy. I've never really liked going in here because it's always so busy. There never seems to be a table when you want it and you can barely move in here. I will only go here in desperation to feed my little ones but if I can convince them otherwise I would always go somewhere else.

This is an awesome huge space to hangout with friends. Few steps away from Drake Circus and always crowded. The staff keeps the restaurant tidy always. Even though it is crowded, the waiting time for a takeaway or dinein doesn't take more than 5mins.

Great that the chips and veggie dippers are gluten free. Thank you! Would be good if there were GF signs on the menu/screens though

Cold fries 🍟 that had to go back . Filly o fish was slung in a box with the sauce on the outside of the bun and in the boxHence being slung about .I get its busy but the standards are absolutely appalling.Management was more than happy to replace it all fresh and hot and how it should of been to begin withNo reason for cold food to brought out and giving to paying customs.

Absolute poor performance tonight, staff not being managed and being lead by a headless McChicken of a manager, waited over 25 minutes for a kids happy meal in an under performing store, ordered a toy, wasn't given one, got a comic offered instead, was tutted at when asked to speak to the manager, was begrudgingly offered my money back if I forfit the food which we had to wait forDisgusting service for a restaurant, untrained customer service and how to deal with busy periods.

Very busy. Long wait for good but overall food was good.

Good value and decent range of options despite Covid. We had to queue briefly, but had the option of ordering in advance through their app. Was able to use self serve and have it delivered to it table. Only downside was the seating, as it was very close to the table so larger people would struggle to fit (too many Big Macs I suppose!).
