Monty's Cafe and Coffee Shop in Plymouth

Lovely food, you get quite a bit for your money. The breakfasts are especially lovely! I often meet friends here. The chefs special is always really interesting! You always leave feeling full. The coffee could be a little better but the food and staff are absolutely lovely and well worth the money!

You need to pre book at peak times on the weekend. Lovely food and good service with a smile. Visited during the pirates weekend and the staff were all dressed up and entered into the theme of the weekend. Vegans and veggies catered for as well as the usual fare.

We have been to Monty's Cafe on many occasions, primarily for breakfast. It's easy to walk by the fairly plain exterior but you'd be missing a little gem.Food is freshly prepared, quickly cooked, very reasonably priced and most importantly, very, very tasty.Staff are welcoming and polite, which rounds off a great place to make the effort to find and dine.

Enjoyable experience, well organized staff who direct you to available table. Clean environment and good ambience. Good menu sold at reasonable prices. Great loction.

Get there early or book a table, my go to for breakfast, chefs special is excellent or the full fry up cooked to order is great value. My grandson loves the fishbowl milkshakes. Great place for breakfast and lunch, unfortunately closes about 5pm.

Amazing cafe. staff were brilliant, very professional and fun. Food was amazing and cooked to order so a short wait but worth it. Prices were very reasonable. Would add more stars if I could. Will happily go again

A nice little cafe, expect to wait in the doorway if you haven’t booked.. it’s that good. Very good coffee and food. Simple food that tastes great & delivered with a equally good service. Two coffees and two plates for lunch came to £18.

Has outdoor seating. Very welcoming staff. If you're a hot chocolate fan (even if you're not) try their hot chocolate deluxe. It's a heaven in a cup.

Great meal and lovely friendly staff, popped in for breakfast with friends and my daughter. There was a many choices to choose from the menu, and the food was delicious. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff was very welcoming, highly recommend it!
