Nando's - Plymouth in Plymouth

Great food. The app didnt work well on my phone but was able to order from the bar for pudding. Service was good, bit slow to be seen at the bar, but good service when spoken to.

Very busy. Waited an hour for our meal. Place where you need to order yourself and get your own drinks it's just simply too expensive. We had some pita bread with chickenand chips. To be honest I could do something like that, much better at home. The only one star for nice décor, for the rest I'm giving a big zero.

Queuing system was great, waiting staff all very friendly and the restaurant was clean. We did unfortunately have to wait 30 minutes after placing our order to recieve our food, but it was very well prepared, hot, and all correct. It was delicious.

There was an issue with our order, but the staff and managers were fantastic in sorting it! Without fuss or any dramasThe food itself was great, loved the piri piri chips and the chicken was amazing10/10 will be back thank you

Tasty enough meal. Had to wait 30 mins for a table even though there were free tables. The table we sat at was free when we first called in and was still free when we were called back. One side was failed to arrive with the meal had to prompt for it and had to wait for over five minutes.

Food itself was lovely. Sadly not the service. Made to felt being on my own gave other tables more priority than me and was completely forgotten. Had to ask for everything. A Glass, cutlery, napkins side plate. The second the fork went down they tried to take my plate without asking even though I was not finished. BUT! Young man running the FOH was amazing absolute credit to him who helped me as much as possible. Will try the other restaurant next time .

Food as nice and tasty as standard for Nando's. The venue was very cold which mentioned to staff and got told 'yes the heating been broke for ages'. Even if the over door entrance heater was turned on it would have helped. You don't expect to have to eat your meal in your winter coat.

We dined in and ordered 20 pieces of hot chicken wings on 30 Aug (Bank Holiday) at Nandos , Barbican Leisure Branch. We had to wait for 50 mins to get a seat and once we ordered the food, we had for wait for another hour to get 20 chicken wings to be served. So, after nearly 2 hours with empty stomach, what we were provided was totally hard burnt chicken wings which we even can not eat. We know how the hot chicken wings from Nandos look like. But the ones we have been served by Nandos Barbican Leisure Branch were totally unpleasant and we were so upset with the food. We will not come back to this branch anymore.

Excellent Nandos. The outside queuing app on our phone outside, was super easy to use and no hassle. Able to order phone via phone also.The food and table service was great. I had the vegan imitator burger. Was good for alternative to chicken, however was on the cold side which ruined the burger for myself. However, the chips and bottomless drinks were perfect.Considering the current COVID regulations, this Nandos was run excellently :)

This is a really good Nandos, it's easy to find as it's a part of the barcode building. During covid you have to wait in an online queue but it's easily explained at the door so it should be difficult for anyone. The food is really nice, everything is well cooked and very yummy. I recommend the chocolate cake for dessert, I was sceptical that they would do good desserts but I was blown away at how much I liked it. The staff are also friendly and attentive. Look forward to going again.
