Ocean BMW Cafe in Plymouth

Thank you to all at Ocean BMW Plymouth (especially Ryan from new car sales, and the business and sales management team), I have reached what I consider to be an excellent deal on my current 2019 G29 Z4 M40i, supplied by Ocean, against a new order of a similar spec car.From the moment I walked through the door, the whole experience was brilliant - from first contact at the little reception desk (lovely coffee by the way, thank you!), right through the trade in deal, and spec'ing of the new replacement, finance settling, to signing on the dotted line for the new car. Now to wait for delivery!A positive mention also for Toby and Mitchell in the service team - always friendly, and incredibly helpful. My current Z4 has been in to the service centre a couple of times over the last three years, for scheduled check ups/service - the service I receive is always second to none.A great team at Ocean, and a fantastic customer experience. Thank you.

Excellent customer service. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Only advice I'd give if accessing via a motorbike be aware of turning left into the entrance it's a steep up hill on an adverse camber and can catch you out and you can drop you're pride an joy 👍👍

First I would like to say thank you to Toby. I haven’t viewed the car before buying it and was promised it to be in good condition. Well let me say that it was better than new for a 9 year old car . The wheels where immaculate after refurbished and the interior is like new . It drives well and got good customer service . Once again thanks BMW !

The dealership is fine but I booked a Mini service but they didn't tell me that servicing is not at the Mini centre but at the BMW centre, which are very different locations. So I was late and that wasted 20 minutes. I had deliberately booked it for an hour and a half wait so I could then go on to get my kids for the weekend. I waited, and waited. After 2 hours I went up to see what was happening to be told it was already finished. The man was very apologetic but it was frustrating as I was late picking my children up. The actual service seems fine but it was only an oil change service.

Excellent service from the friendly and professional BMW staff. For me, it really is a pleasure to visit them and their pricing is very good indeed (last visit was for a service) Thank you Ocean BMW.Oh, and a very good quality courtesy wash and vac meant my car came back gleaming!

I dealt with Chris Oakham for the purchase of my new bike. Absolutely brilliant experience, many phone calls to him and he dealt with every one of them, he called me back when he said he would, sent me emails detailing everything and made it very easy to purchase the bike despite being nearly 300 miles away.Very smooth experience throughout.I could not recommend more.Thank you and everyone at Ocean!

These guys got us in for work to be done on our car last minute. It was a massive job too. They were extremely helpful to us knowing we needed to tow our caravan back to Gloucester. They fitted us in and guaranteed the work to be done for us to drive away safely.Cannot recommend this site enough. Well done and thank you to you all
